Hmoob parents should divided their love for their children depending on genders either!! My mom(rip) did that between me and my brothers while growing up until the year she was really sick and I told how I felt even though I am her own daughter. So unfair!!!
Hmong people talk highly of sons or always want a son to carry on their last name and hand down all their fortune to their son but I noticed that my parents rely on the girls for everything, running errands and including living with thr girls. It's sad how Hmong parents look at the girls as outsiders but the minute they need something done they know which number to call.

Personally, I feel you shouldn't have compared Maly and Ci Ntsha. It isnt fair to either one. It isnt their fault one was loved more than the other. It seem like the sisters loved each other but their parents separated them. It was their parents fault only. They divided their love between the children. Ci Ntsha's in laws are wrong in not letting her carry her sister's child. That decison should have came from Ci Ntsha only. If I was Ci Ntsha's husband, I would have encouraged her to carry her sister's child (as long as she's healthy enough to do so). Maybe that would have reunite their love for each other and have a stronger sister bond going forward. Cov laus paj hlwb 75 no I don't know anymore.
