The Best Puff Pastry Dessert

Filling:
In a sauce pan we will
make a syrup by adding
60g of water 1 cinnamon stick
and lemon peels
simmer for 1 minute then remove
the cinnamon stick and peels
Add the chopped strawberries
and sugar stirring occasionally simmer for 6-8 min
Brush the pastry with egg wash
bake at preheated oven at 180˚C for 15 minutes then 5 minutes on the other side in 200˚C
Serve with hot chocolate
