Your farm is the number of minions you kill. The higher your farm, the more gold and experience you will have, which will make you more powerful. Kill participation is the percentage of kills that your team gets that you are involved in. The higher your kill participation, the more your contributions to the team will be recognized.
Here are some tips on how to get an S grade with your farm and kill participation:
Focus on farming: Farming is the most important thing you can do in the early game. Try to kill every minion in your lane, and don't be afraid to use your abilities to farm.

also for aram S ranks which are much harder to achieve, what matters the most is the kill to death ratios, get collector and try to kill steal as much as you can and you guaranteed a S rank if you keep your Kill/Death Ratio to at least 3, so 3 kills per deaths. You can also get an S if you get an insane amount of assists with low deaths (for enchanters mostly)

Damage-dealing champions: It’s about how much damage you’ve dealt to the enemy and how much farm you’ve accumulated.
Tank or Support: The focus is on how long you can survive in the fight and how many assists you’ve managed to secure.
Of course, if you want to ensure that you achieve an S+ grade, not S- or S, you should strive to improve your KDA

I’ll explain why. You have less than 40% kill participation, which means you didn’t make a significant impact in most of your team’s fights. Most of your kills were solo kills (1vs1).
