Don’t go to windward Pedasi/Tablas beaches. These areas are for low rainfall and hot living… escaping cold climates. The constant, heavy winds are good for inland but on the beach you will only get dust allergies and bad beach experiences. White sand beaches in Panama are limited to the barrier islands in Boca Chica and Caribbean archipelagos. You want to be on the coast side of a wind protected inlet of a barrier island for best Panama beach living. Venao has giant cliffs around the bay which minimize wind… but it is expensive and gentrified already. Pedasi and Tablas are very nice towns, but not for beach goers.
We couldn't disagree more about Pedasi not being for beachgoers. Pedasi has some of the most beautiful beaches in the country, including 2 amazing white-sand beaches. We respect your opinion on this, be we'll have to agree to disagree, Sheriff.
