啟告十方 一切諸佛 般若菩薩 金剛天等。 及諸業道 無量聖賢。我今眾等 以大慈悲。乘佛神力。 召請十方 盡虛空界。三途地獄 諸惡趣中。曠劫饑虛。 一切餓鬼。閻羅諸司。天曹地府。業道冥官。婆羅門仙。 久遠先亡。曠野冥靈。虛空諸天。及諸眷屬。異類鬼神。 唯願諸佛。般若菩薩。金剛天等。無量聖賢。 及諸業道。願賜威光。悲增護念。普願十方 盡虛空界。 天曹地府。業道冥官。無量餓鬼。多生父母。先亡久遠。 婆羅門仙。一切冤結。負於財命。 種種類族。異類鬼神。各及眷屬。 乘如來力。於此時中。決定降臨。 得受如來 上妙法味。清淨甘露。 飲食充足。滋潤身田。 福德智慧。發菩提心。永離邪行。 歸敬三寶。行大慈悲。 利益有情。求無上道。 不受輪迴 諸惡苦果。 常生善家。離諸怖畏。
