Thanks for these videos. I've been fortunate enough to use them to introduce a few people to Stoicism, and they've been a hit! Seriously, it's definitely time for Discourses, and Letters. - Thanks again
I find both this presentation and the Marcus Aurelias to be extremely nice works. Excellent to be more exact. If you were to ask me how they might be improved I would say, Use a fable or story telling speed. When I try to cast them I to my t.v. I do not receive the option to adjust playback speed. Therefore instead of casting to my t.v. I Bluetooth them to my Tower speaker. Then I can adjust the speed but at .75 it's a bit slow. Being new information I think the speed should be a speed that's comparable to what you would use to tell a story or fable to a young or older person. Not too fast nor not too slow but a Goldilocks just right speed. I have to listen or backup the vid. At times because while I am pondering one statement you have gone onto another. I am trying to actually learn the information so I take notes as though I am back in college. Just an opinion and there may be motivations that I am not aware of causing you tou speed up the presentations to reduce broadcast time.
As a compromise, I would suggest they at least provide a transcript for what was spoken. This would pull in more than one of the senses which improves retention of new information.
Great work!! I appreciate you a lot for doing this. I’m wondering why you removed the Meditations from Marcus Aurelius?! I have been listening to it again and again and really really wish it was still available. Please put it back if you can. Thank you
Thank you for your kind words! Unfortunately, the video was taken down due to a copyright claim. While I believe the content was within fair use, I’ve decided not to contest the claim. I've come to believe that this video was blocking the channel from getting accepted into the TH-cam Partner Program, since I have just been reinstated. And being reinstated means I can spent more time on the channel.
Are you planning on a modern English version of the Discourses of Epictetus? I really hope so. I enjoy getting as many interpretations as possible, as it's a great way to absorb it all. Thanks!
Wonderful work! I really appreciate what you’ve done. I enjoyed your version of Marcus Aurelius' meditations, and it's a shame it was taken down. I’d be happy to pay $20 for that audiobook. Have you considered making it available elsewhere? I’d definitely purchase it 🤍
Thank you! I'll definitely take that into consideration:) I will look into making a copyright "safe" version after the YT copyright strike period has ended.

Very beautiful images, narration and concise.
Very good job with the channel :)
Greatful I got to take it in when it was up but I was not done with that wisdom

This is red pill before red pill existed.
The Red Pill is dead
red pill is an insult to the Enchiridion tbh
If anything this is anti-redpill
This is neither.
Definitely the original idea of the red pill but definitely not the modern idea of the red pill. I see what you are trying to say
She drives me crazy. That long blonde hair
And I can’t help myself
