Anybody that gets upset over turning as opposed to creating is splitting hairs. Weather you turn a bowl or create a knife handle, you have used your woodworking gifts and abilities.

Absolutely gorgeous work. I follow a TH-camr named Shurap who makes incredible Damascus blades but never puts handles on them. Thanks for giving me an idea of how great his work would look if someone with talent was putting handles on his work.

Doug. I've made a number of similar knives--usually with stabilized spalted wood or burls. Never thought of adding the honeycomb. Really nice touch.
