Just wanna say that Leakers are doing their best to provide theorycrafters, theorists, whales and even end up helping the devs for early reactions from players of Genshin, These "people" that annoy you are not supposed to be leakers but just hyped out fans that look at leaks. Yes, Do not look at leaks and do not share them, if you see leaks keep it for yourselves. But saying Leakers suck is like telling the Fatui Harbingers they suck. They maybe borderline criminals but they are actually giving the fanbase hype. Well, so much for me to say. Leaks started the skin tone BS that twitter started. Ah... Sorry I just wanted to say this.

Maybe Marionette doesn't like Childe because he makes toys out of Mr. Cyclops. We see she's super into tinkering with Khaenriah'an machines, so the fact that Childe and his siblings treat them like toys might set her off

Listen, YT frogs, you don't need to rush to the comments every time there is some little bit of info that you think Arnold needs to see. His mod team is on top of it and always has things lined up for him and keep him informed on new things he may not know about, like these voice lines. Little theory of mine:
In the commedia dell'arte, Pierro and Colombina are often a couple, but Colombina also has a relationship with Arlecchino. Very often those two betray Pierro together.
It might be that those two betray the fatui in the game. Colombina is sussy and Childe says Arlecchino would betray the Tsaritsa in a heartbeat. I'm also guessing at least one of the two will be playable.

I just wanted to inform you that the Chinese voicelines don't use the word strength for the ranking. They use something that can be better interpretated as reliability/capability/ability. It doesn't refere to just raw strength.

It seems more likely that it's not literally just physical strength alone.
I mean, Childe is the only one willing to go straight to the point to get his hands dirty but someone like Signora was ranked higher than him, so if it was by pure physical abilities, it wouldn't fit what they said about her
@@rossalbertdelacruz6751 Yes, Tartaglia never dwells much into thinking about the technicalities of their faction as opposed to Arleccino who runs a soldier factory or Pantalone stabilizing their money vault. You could also say they are ranked based on how useful or how big their contributions are.

- The Fatui turned shrine maiden npc's name, Lyudochka, has first syllable stressed (LYU-do-chka), and it is an extra-diminutive form.
- Full name would be Lyudmila (lyud-MI-la), and regular, casual diminutive would be Lyuda.
- The "ochk" suffix pushes it further into dimiutive territory, making it sound cuter and mushier. Like, say, if a girl named Katherine was adressed as "Katie" instead of Kate.

Edit: also, when Lyudochka's higher-up talked to her, imo the use of diminutive form adds to the creepy/patronizing vibe. Imagine your boss using a cutesy, kinda-personal form of your name while making you an offer you can't refuse.

Originally, Fatui Harbinger are not ranked by strength (since we learn that Childe was the new flesh blood among them. so it make sense why he’s no.11) but somehow hoyoverse decided to change it for some “only god knows” reason
From what I’ve heard, it’s seem like that line was mistranslated as in CN version, The “strength” part refers to “capability and talent” rather than “physical/elemental prowess”.
we learn from Yelan’s story quest that Pantalone (Regrator) is the number 9. we also learn from pale flame set that Pantalone doesn’t have a vision. so how come is he stronger than Childe, who have both vision and delusion ?
Pantalone’s talent is money (there’s also a rumor about him being the most wealthiest man in the Teyvat, Ningguang doesn’t even come close to him) and we all know that money is power. I means.. why bother fighting if you can just hire people to do shit for you, right ? imagine if he hire an entire army to fight Childe or worse, capture his family as hostages.
Pulcinella is actually a genuine good grandpa to Childe. in the trailer, Pantalone refers him as “mayor”, since he was the one who recruited Childe. we can safely assume that he’s the mayor of the city in Snezhnaya. “Morepesok” village that Childe hails from is probably a part of that city.
Signora didn't have a vision either. Her flames came from magic she learned in Sumeru and harnessed to the point of burning herself alive until the Tsaritsa gave her the Cryo Delusion to cool down.
Aside from the Delusion and making money, Regrator probably has another power. We're not even sure if all of them are entirely human (aside from the Mayor who has pointed ears; Probably the same race as Klee). I mean Scaramouche looked human, then we learned he was a doll.
I really hope too that the Mayor is really a good guy. I'm skeptical about him too. I mean the Harbingers we (as traveler) met so far started out to be good people until shit happened to them (Signora with her lover dying and Mondstadt burning; Kunikuzushi being so innocent until his best friend died; Childe a literal child when he fell into the Abyss).

We can see Childe have chance against 10 and 9 in Vision user and Delusional and then hard stops at Signora let's alone strongest of Harbingers like Scaramouche. Pierro solos them at same time and get the Signora'd treatment by his Majesty aka Tsaritsa. Even Scaramouche low diff any version of Childe without Gnosis. Paimon stated in Chinese, Childe is the strongest "HELPER/ASSIST" in TEAM. Just accept he is weakest of the Harbingers and stronger than 10 and 9, MHY/Hoyoverse's claim or Childe admit it.
Miko clearly said Scara is no 6, so he is stronger than Signora......they always intended to rank it in that way.

By these ranks, ofc, scaramouche is way more dangerous than signora. Signora tends to solve everything by diplomatic measure, except for venti since we know she has a vendetta against venti

About the leaks: I don’t have Childe, but I saw so many videos about his voice lines the day before 2.8 that didn’t say they were leaks, so I thought they were already in the game. Leakers need to stop making videos without disclaimers!!!

My upmost apologies about my comment about the voiclines, I am on vacation and was unaware that the video I saw was a leak as there was nothing on said video that disclosed that it was. And I thought that the update came out the same day of the harbinger video.

I'm almost certain I've heard Yae say "divine gaze" when referring to visions (and even if that isn't the case, the words are obviously conceptually related. "conquering the divine gaze" -> "conquering the gods' favor", "gaze" -> "vision"), so I was wondering if this could relate to the fact that Scaramouche has no vision on his character model.
is it possible that by "after conquering the divine gaze, he will make his next move" Dottore means Scara has only used a delusion up to now, and the stunt he pulled in inazuma actually made him awaken his own vision?

Visions are called “Eyes of God” in Chinese (神之目) while Gnosis is called “Heart of God” in Chinese (神之心). Divine Gaze could definitely refer to Visions.

That was probably referring to not his main body but maybe his strongest one which he may have sent to sumeru to do something involving collei. when it comes to genshin leaks, I really, really wish they weren't so widespread. at this point it's almost next to impossible to avoid them online (at least for me) and as someone who wants to experience the game on my own, I absolutely hate it

Theres acrually a theory going on the columbina is a celestial god who betrayed celestia. This is because her appearance resembles as a seraphim which is a highly powerful divine entity. Seraphims have 6 wings, and often love to sing which is what we saw columbina is doing. Additionally, columbina is represented as a dove which could symbolize an angel or a divine entity. Her hair also resembles the archons because she has red highlights on them. Now you might wonder, why would she betray celestia, well this is where things start to get interesting because she could have been part of the old celestia of the first throne meaning she only follows orders from phanes the primordial one, but now that he is gone the evil gods took over being the 2nd throne or the celestia we know currently which is why she despises them.
And now you've met the captain, and fought by his side, ain't that crazy
This is why for me you are the best genshin youtuber/streamer. You dont just play the game but you also love the stories and the lores of the it which is really really cool. Keep it up sir❤
I wonder where the rest of the Harbingers all come from.
We know that Signora is from Mondstadt, Scaramouche is from Inazuma, Dottore is most likely from Sumeru, Childe is from Snezhnaya along with Pulcinella and Pantalone (Arlecchino calls them out on being too comfortable in their own homeland, which seems to suggest they're from Snez and she isn't) and Pierro is most likely from Khaenri'ah.
That leaves us with Sandrone, Arlecchino, Capitano and Columbina. I wonder if HYV is gonna make all of them come from all 7 regions or if one region (like Liyue, Fontaine or Natlan) is gonna be left out.
I think Sandrone is from Fontaine because of her steampunk aesthetic and that she's a ruin machine puppeteer, from what we know in the Teyvat trailer Fontaine seems to have like a theater/show that a puppeteer would play in. Arlecchino is from Snezhnaya because she runs a fatui orphanage there. Capitano is from Snezhnaya because well, it just make sense for a Captain to be born from the country they fight for. and Columbina could be from Mondstadt..? She's good at singing and has a dove/bird aesthetic.

About what you said about leaks - I know how it feels. I found out about his voice lines because of leaks, but I never listened to them as leaks, even though people told me to do it because I said I am Childe main and I have to listen to his voice lines? One of the biggest wtf moment in youtube comments for me.
People really need to calm down about the leaks. I am kinda fine with leaks of characters since I do need to decide who to spend on as F2P, but story leaks are a big no-no for me and people need to understand not everyone is so impatient that they are gonna read every leak, truthful or not.

If I remember correctly, there is a voicline from raiden where she says Childe actually cannot be one shotted by the musou no hitotachi, which is kinda funny since it is also the same on his boss fight
The three strikes voiceline is a reference to his bossfight, where he has three healthbars.

I can understand your annoyance with the leaks as I share that same annoyance every time. Leaks and looking at and openly conversing about leaked information has been so normalized that people forgot to (or just outright refuse to) be sensitive about it in the first place. And the most annoying part of it all is that they expect you to make the adjustment yourself like you're supposed to magically unsee them even though you're online for something completely different. I've come across so many douches that act like that and I'm so freaking tired of this community lol

The en translation was correct but idk why the en chose strength when the word has a lot of meanings
assuming every vision is paired with a delusion (7^2), and there are no doubles (-7) and the same pair doesn't show up inversely (/2), there would be 21 possible combinations of vision/delusion! so it's entirely possible every harbinger could have a unique pair.

@MuderofBirds Impact Arnold, while I understand your frustration, I believe you are wrong that any of these comments are leaks or that they did not see it in the game. Don't forget that you and I are on the North America Server. But a lot of people, including most big Genshin Content Creators, have accounts on the Asia Server. The new Patches release in Asia close to a full day before they do over here in North America because Asia hits the next day before we do (it's something like a 16 hour time difference). Given that fact, I would argue that most, if not all, of those people telling you to check out Tartaglia's Voicelines are people who either have an Asia Server Account and saw it for themselves when they logged in or saw a video about it that a big Content Creator put out that day about it because, again, most big Content Creators run an Asia Server Account.
I love you and your content, but I think you need to take a deep breath, take a step back and, maybe, instead of assuming the worst, yelling at your Community, and pointing an accusatory finger at them without having all the facts, you should actually research the reasons behind what they're doing that annoys you. Do I think these people jumped the gun? Absolutely. Do I think they were dropping rumors and leaks on you? Absolutely Not. Do I think they were doing it to be malicious toward you? Absolutely Not. Now I think you would be completely justified in your anger and rage if these WERE people dropping leaks on you and/or having malicious intent. But the fact that these comments came in ON THE DAY OF THE PATCH tells me that it is just not the case here. This whole debacle, to me, reeks of people not realizing that there actually IS a difference in time between when the Patch drops for Asia and when the Patch drops for North America; yourself included. I think, perhaps, the correct course of action here would have been to kindly request that members of your Community refrain from talking about anything in the new Patch until it is released on the North America Server (or even request that they wait until the day after) so that you will actually have the opportunity to discover new stuff for yourself.
Trust me, it annoys me to no end when I see big Genshin Content Creators that I regularly watch put up full Heizou Guides and Full Heizou Reviews the absolute second the Patch drops in North America. It's like, "Damn People! I know TH-cam demands you to be a slave to them and their supremely flawed algorithm, but can I, at least, download the patch, log in, and TRY Heizou in the Trial Domain before you start telling me how to build him for Screenshot Damage?!" But I have to accept it because, technically, they have done nothing wrong. The content is readily available for them to consume and make their content. And, for most of these Content Creators (like you), this is their job. So I understand their need to pump out Content as quickly and consistently as possible (Damn TH-cam Overlords). So while I hate it, it annoys me, and it feels wrong to me, I can't fault them for putting out their new content as early as possible; especially when they have it completed, in the can, and ready to go. Unfortunately, things like this happen, and will continue to happen, when you have a Global Release of something. Certain people will have information before other people and will want to share that information with the people who don't have it. That's just how society works.
Anyway, I hope this didn't come off as a rant because that was not my intent. This was meant to be more of a, "Hey! Calm down and think before pointing and yelling!" type of comment. And, yes, I'm speaking from experience here. That was something I learned through my adolescence and early adulthood. I learned not to immediately get pissed off because someone did something I disagreed with or didn't like, but rather take a deep breath and ask myself why they did that. There's always time to get pissed off and yell at someone later. But once you get pissed off, yell, and accuse, it's almost impossible to take it back. I hope you don't take any offense at anything I have said here, Arnold, because, again, my intent was not to offend, but to educate and open a rational discourse. I also hope you continue to make great content and be the great person I know you are because, right now, you are, hands down, my favorite Genshin Content Creator. I, like you, am a massive Lore Nerd when it comes to things I love. And I love Genshin.
And, for the record, yours was the reaction I was waiting for when I saw the Harbingers Teaser for the first time and you did not disappoint!
Seriously, the people who assume leaks are common knowledge and make fun of people who are genuinely surprised by a reveal are annoying af. Some are even callous enough to spam leaks on official Genshin posts.
as someone who closely follow leaks on discord I can agree with that, there are just too many reposter-not leakers- who know no restraint.

Leak enjoyers PLEASE stop assuming everyone is into/following leaks! Be considerate to players, especially content creators before you feel the need to share. I get the sentiment. I always feel hesitant to check out comments for theorizing in case i see one of those repliers who try to debunk or "correct" their thoughts on the lore/game.
By strength, they don't mean raw power. Tartaglia is still one of the most powerful in the Harbingers by raw damage and combat prowess. It could be their usefulness to the cause of the Fatui. This theory can be backed up by how Scaramouche and Tartaglia are treated. Pulcinella told the other Harbingers not to get too attached to Childe behind his back. In Ashikai's words; He definitely gives off "the godfather" vibes. Nice until you strike a nerve, then it's "You've ruined our family, our agreement!" He's got Childe on a leash to continue being a tool that won't bite back.
Definitely recommend checking out "Chill with Aster" and Ashikai's lore videos on the Harbingers if ya wanna know more speculations! Though your own theories are so well done you probably wouldn't need them with your gigabrain.

It’s not a mistranslation if the localization is technically correct. Yes the CN word could refer to fighting strength or overall power but since Childe specifically said “I want to fight every Harbinger whose number is higher than mine” it’s not wrong to interpret it as fighting power.
I was extremely skeptical of the EN voicelines stating the harbingers are ranked by "raw strength". I have heard the the CN voicelines take a more ambiguous side but as I can't confirm it myself I won't comment on that. But the reason I was skeptical to begin with, is because Childe I think just can't be weaker than Pentalone by strength. I won't spoil but you can read the pale flame artifacts for it.
Also the voicelines are from childe so he might as well be biased on his opinions, also he's kinda new compared to others so most likely he doesn't fully understand the power dynamics between them fully. (Another instance of persepective storytelling? It may be confusing but I love it.)
I would like to think Pulcinella just told him that yes everyone was ranked by strength so he shouldn't just go poking around everyone for a fight. 🤣

I dont think we will ever get Dottore or Pantalone as playable Characters, since it was stated that both dont have a Vision.. Dottore detests Visions, and Pantalone never got one, which is why he started building up all his Wealth.
How the Harbingers are ranked, is still unknown. We know so far that Pierro is the Nr.1, Columbina Nr.3, Pulcinella Nr. 5, Scaramouche Nr.6, Signora Nr.8, Pantalone Nr. 9 and Tartaglia Nr.11. The Harbingers where the Ranking is still unknown is Dottore, Capitano, Sandrone and Arlecchino.
Here some extra Info about Pantalone: Pantalone was born into poverty and was never able to receive a Vision. This made him question why gods held dominion over so many aspects of life and gave him a deep desire to obtain wealth for himself. (Source: Artifact, Pale Flame: Moment of Cessation)
And about Dottore: Dottore is disdainful towards Vision-wielders, describing them as "self-inflated tools". He seems to be interested in the Abyss Order and frequently experiments on Ruin Guards, even turning his former subordinate Krupp into a Ruin Guard-like machine in the manga.
I guess we have to see about that. Technically speaking, scaramouche also didnt have a vision
its not clear so far if he gets playable or not. Plus it would steer away from genshins playstyle since all you could do with non Vision Bearer are normal attacks.

While Arnold was talking in minute 06:05 about the vision vs delusion of the harbingers, I was thinking that perhaps we will see someone use both at the same time ? Like they do their own elemental reactions, that would be amazing (and kinda scary to fight). Just to say it out loud too, Regrator, the banker, is my fav harbinger :) Also I'm sad they didn't go deeper in the story of La Signora 'cause the lore from the artifacts was super interesting indeed

about scaramouches name, for sure he wont be called scaramouche/balladeer anymore. but i genuinely dont think they will use the name kunikuzushi for him because of the meanings behind this name.
as all of us probbaly already know rn, kunikuzushi is a character from kabuki theater and it is the main villain character, the name means "country destroyer" basically. scara started going by this name after the death of katsuragi and it really represents his rage and vengence against the shogunate and the swordsmiths for his death. i don´t think the scaramouche that we know now is the same one kunikuzushi was, for that matter, it doesnt make any sense for him in the same way his fatui titles dont. scaramouche finally has his 'heart" (gnosis) back right now and probably will reawaken many memories from before he was send to sleep in the shakkei pavillion, and also have this whole journey of understanding this world.
i personally belive that his original name that he has long forgotten was makoto, since ei's first versions of the puppets were supposed to house the gnosis, i belive she was trying in some way to "clone" her own sister. in chinese, gnosis are called "heart of god", so, i dont think it would be absurd to speculate that they contain some type of memories of the original archons, (need to remember yall that elemental energy and memories are usually very connected in the genshin universe bc of leylines and stuff) this would explain scaramouches hability with swords even tho he never had any training and his overall sensibility (before the gnosis was taken from him ofc). but anyways, i dont know if they would name him makoto either, since i dont feel like scara will want to have anything to do with raiden ei at this point, so maybe they will just give him another new name?? idk, just wanted to share my thoughts in this topic because i theorize and analize scaramouche a whole lot lmao

At that point in the stream, I was going to do coop mode with one of my mods after I read Childe's voice lines. I do my commissions, leylines, domains, and weekly bosses in coop because it gives you double friendship EXP for your two characters, which makes it a quicker process to get new characters to Friendship Level 6 to unlock all their lore and voicelines. I have every character in the game, and everyone is Friendship 10, so I was running Heizou and Xingqiu for my characters, since you can only have 2 characters in coop. My Heizou is currently at Friendship 4 now.

I'm pretty sure the "ranked by strength" doesn't necessarily mean how physically strong they are. It's more how much power/influence they control in the world. I say this because Pantalone has basically been confirmed to just be a banker who controls a ton of wealth with no real combat capability.
