I love PSHS!!! I’m one addicted for sure and have been for years! I think the Third lines are down to $65 USD/$90’ish CAD. What a steal. If I could get full customs in Third Line - I would have. Other than the new G63 XL and Dans Build - I’ve used all of his builds. The standard Redline (in mid kick) is the best balance for me in terms of feel/shooting/weight. And it’s available in full custom. I’d rather look good than play good - so I need full customs! 😂 The Third Line had the best feel and that’s the most important thing for me. It just felt right.
Finally a video of the yellow line sticks! I concur they are awesome sticks with the blade feel being the highlight as the video states. I have 5 all with different specs so I think I may be able to offer additional insight. The extra weight is noticeable, BUT I have noticed that the ones with the square shaft as opposed to rounded square or round feel heavier. This makes sense considering there’s more material on the stick (PRO has the shaft dimensions listed somewhere). Another factor is the grip, it’s not super noticeable unless you have both in hand, but a basketball grip coating adds a little extra weight too. Overall I’m a huge fan of the company in general and especially this stick
I've been loving my red line for roller...nice and cheap and gets the job done. I feel really confident in my and the stick's abilities which is what matters most, and the low price frees me up to go a little harder in the corners. Haven't been able to find much info on what their newer line is going to look like, or when exactly in "fall" they will be dropping, but can't wait. Hope the prices stay low as well.
I cannot blame guys like McDavid and MacKinnon (before he switched to Bauers) for preferring the old basketweave carbon builds. Those old Reebok Ribcor/CCM Reckoner/Super Tacks builds with the basketweave always had great kick and honestly felt way more responsive than the Sigmatex crap CCM switched over to in 2017.
Even the red line has pretty thick side walls. Very well made and feels very durable. The regular price for the red line is creeping up to previous generations top end models on clearance now though... I can imagine the new red lines coming out in the fall will have a price bump too ...
Yes he played a ton last year with a pro stick, they’re unbranded though, i dont think gepetto paid the big bucks to nhl to advertise his company on an nhl player
Biught the yellow line. Good stick but unfortunately only lasted 4 months.... blocked a weak wrist shot and it broke. Not sure if I'll buy more. Canadian Tire sticks lasted longer and were cheaper.
Runs the same as other brands. Generally at retail sticks can be +/- 10 flex from what they are listed. But these have been similar to all the sticks from the big brands.
They are softer compared to the Red Line just because of the carbon material, but they aren't as soft as a dedicated dampened blade like Nexus or the non-toe part of Triggers

I wouldn't do it for anything but goalie sticks or if it is very far away from the kick point.

Great video. I looked on the website and couldn’t find a P29 blade curve. Was yours a custom version? P92 blade curve don’t work for me
