You should have had put up the scene that happens at the end of this particular episode, where Monica yells, "now", and everybody in the hall hold down Rachel on the floor and then Monica finally puts that drop in her eyes, and then asks everyone to meet again for the same in 4 hours... And that would have had been a great ending to this video clip...
A trick to getting drops in your eye is putting them in the corner of your eye or bottom and blink them in
