I saw a Smart Car the other day painted like an Oreo Cow. Yours is about the same shape and the white base color is all ready. Use paper towels instead of cloth that has been machine washed because they likely have silicones on them from dryer sheets. Does the car go faster now with the stripe on? Hi Gary. Yes I think the bigger and the more 3 dimensional the decal the more the wet approach helps. Until you get up to car wraps , but that a whole other 'stretchy' adventure👍

Can be done dry Alan. but if you make a mistake you are in trouble. And im not THAT good😁
