Just got gifted a whole box of mangoes so I had no clue what to do with them. Then I came across this recipe and gave it a try. Made three small batches and they were a hit among my relatives so now I'm here back again to make more. Love this recipe. 6-9 year olds approved too lol.
Just when i decided to avoid sugar intake, i ended up making this jam!! And now i cannot resist myself from licking it every now and then 😀 it turned out so delicious!! My 4yr old who doesn't eat mango is now asking me to give her this jam with each meal of the day! 😀

If methi powder is mixed in mango it can be called methamba also not using sweetener if mango is sweet. It is a different recipe actually can taste nice grainy methi seeds when grinded are textured to use like that.
