The real reason for Buu killing Babidi is that Buu was frustrated from Babidi treating him like trash and he also felt the pain of him facing Goku in a brutal fight. Cell could have done this if Gero treat him like a servant.

In fairness Babidi is actually lucky he survived as long as he did. If it was Super, Kid or Evil Buu that came out of the magic ball they would have seen him as a loose end that needed to be tied up.
Buu only tolerated Babidi as long as he led him to any worthy fighters. But it was only a matter of time until Buu decided he had no use for him. Babidi was a complete fool to think he was using Buu when it was the other way around.

Dabura must've been either shaking his head or laughing his head off in the afterlife when he found out Babidi was killed. And even though he wasn't the only one who unwisely(or perhaps bravely depending on how you look at the person and the situation)approached Majin Buu knowing they would most likely be killed by him, he was warned SEVERAL times not to push Majin Buu over the edge and not only did he not listen, he basically flipped Dabura off. His death was well deserved and it couldn't have come fast enough. What makes it even more satisfying is that Goku was at the very least partly responsible for this outcome. Goku basically turned Majin Buu against Babidi, his creator. 😂 Something that seemed impossible. And in a sense, you could argue that Goku sowed the seed for Good Buu and his chance to get a new life, one that's much happier. 😊 There's only a handful of people who I DIDN'T feel sorry for when they got killed by Majin Buu and Babidi was one of them. In fact, he was the ONLY one that I was so happy Majin Buu killed. Like I said, good riddance and I hope he stays dead.
