I am planning to go one way by sea plane and one way by speed boat. Is it possible or only sea plane is the option to reach at this resort. Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks for awesome video.

Both options are available .however distance from airport to hotel is huge so I will recommend you to go for seaplane .
Seaplane will take around 2.5 hrs to reach hotel.
