Reminds me of a tricky case I had a few years back. It was a tiny liver biopsy with neoplastic cells showing positive for vascular markers. It turned out to be metastatic littoral cell HAE, two years post splenectomy.

How to differentiate epithelioid hemangioma from epithelioid hemangioendothelioma??
Most of the time epithelioid hemangioma will form on the skin or bones where as epithelium
is in the liver and lungs
What about lymph nodes?? Is it hemangioma or hemangioendothelioma
