Fun Fact: Neuroatypical is not an observable trait. You cannot find differences in the brain or hormonal control based on that label.
Disorders like ASD can be literally tested and diagnosed with absolute certainty. Blood and brain scan, that's it. People claim to be ASD without diagnosis is disgusting.
You can just be a weird old guy that likes trains. That doesn't mean you're a special boy with special medical needs that makes you sooooo special. You're just you and if that's not enough for you, that's your problem.
@@topogigio7031what on earth is your problem?
I appreciate the work you’re doing in special education, Chef. ♥️✨It’s compassionate, important work that is draining and difficult. Highly rewarding, but also overwhelming at times. I work in the mental health field so I understand in a limited way. Sending lots of love to you and your wife doing amazing work with your kiddos. Thanks for the recipe. Comfort food is so good for my mental health. Thanks for reminding me it’s important to recharge and take care of myself.❤
I feel you, man! I "only" work as a nursery teacher and that's even hard. After 12 years being in that career and also being a qualified leader I think it is time for me to start something new.
The big dream is a food Truck one day, my son and my wife are my greatest supporters 🥰
What I just want to say is thank you for your content and your heartwarming kindness!
Do it.
A teacher in the city I live in did exactly that.
He moved up from a food truck to a restaurant in downtown, to a second restaurant right next door for his wife to sell baked goods.
You can do it.
Another fake educator taking advantage of administrative bloat to get that bag before leaving the kids behind
@@topogigio7031oooooor, if you do even a fraction of research, you can see that certain jobs have a high burn out rate, which indicates it’s not the worker’s fault. Did you not read they’ve been at this job for over a decade, but feel the need to do something else? That is not the worker’s fault, that’s the system’s fault.
Stumbled across your video. Really appreciate your honesty and your nuturing energy. You are seen, and you are appreciated. And above all, you are enough! Looking forward to looking at the rest of your content.
Keep your head man. You’re doing important work. You got this 👍🏾
Hello Ian, hope your day gets better !!
Your work is 100% respected! I work with the autistic population in behavior therapy and there’s sometimes more hard days than good. We go through a lot as providers because these kiddos are going through a lot. My heart goes out to y’all that are caregivers, parents, teachers and therapists of this population. ❤️
Sending hugs Ian!! 🤗
We need more teachers like you in this world You're awesome
Don't ever @ me on this but Teachers are every day super heroes and they are that because they use their love, kindness and knowledge to set our children onto a path of greatness while we pursue our own greatness or survival for our children. In other words always vote to give TEACHERS the funding they ask for because they obviously don't do it for the money!! They do it because they believe in OUR children of the future!
🥰
Being a teacher must be hard. I can’t imagine a special education teacher. I’m sorry for what you’re going through. Appreciate what you do. Thank you

Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving a damn....being a teacher is extremely hard as it is. You are a super hero. My sister is a teacher, with the same challenges. And ny son works with kids on the spectrum. It takes a special person to be able to do what you guys do. You are more appreciated than you know. Stay strong and don't let the battle of the day take away the gift you have to share with the many little growing minds that need your brilliant soul. Sending you a virtual hug...

I don’t know how challenging it is for you to be a SPED teacher but I know how difficult it is ti handle kids with special needs because I have a child who has it. Thank you for all your hard work. I appreciate your effort and patience to help them have a better life. ❤❤❤

Having this guy as a teacher would be so good bro, his way of tslking really helps me understand what he’s saying
My Brother passed away last year at the age of 42, and he was special needs. His elementary school special needs teacher was such a huge part of his life, he kept in touch with us right up until my brother died.
I am so grateful for him, and you ❤ some days suck, but I hope you know somewhere out there is a family who will forever be thankful to you.
You do good work for your students and for your audience. World needs people like you, stay you ♾️
Special education teachers built my confidence in middle and high school to get me to where I'm at today. We appreciate what you do. I know it's difficult but you make a difference
As a 9th grade student who has autism and struggles with sensory problems, I really appreciate teachers like you dude. You really make it easier for the kids who have disabilities, you help make a difference to others.
seeing you emotional in this vid really hit me in the heart man. your work is so important. thank you for doing it ❤
I think that admitting that it can be difficult to help people is an important part of being able to care for them. I’m autistic and I know I can be hard to be around at times, but knowing there are people who will deal with that difficulty and still be there for me is one of the greatest comforts in my life. Admitting to the difficulty is part of showing you care about what you’re doing.
BLESS YOU IAN❤❤❤You have one of the hardest jobs on the planet.... the amount of patience and love you possess.... we mom's with special needs children.... can't thank you enough❤❤❤❤❤ Keep these video's coming Ian... we love them❤
Your videos bring me and my wife comfort
