The Pentax 35-80mm is one of my favorites because of how close you can focus. It is so sharp and cheap ( under $20.00) that I have about 8 or nine of them. One for each Pentax camera bag to use as a cheap macro lens. I suggest that you work with it for a while and see for yourself what a little gem this lens is.

I have the Sigma 28-70 4-5.6 lens I use it daily, I also have the Takumar 28-80 you reviewed both great lens for a cheap price
I would be interested in examining these in DNG files for Lightroom.

yep I thought so too. Not a huge amount of difference though
I couldn't see a whole lot of difference among them.
yes. I am looking at them on a large 4k monitor. The 1st shot Takumar looks a little better than the rest.
