Black Caeser and Henri Caeser are two different people, often confused with each other. Black Caesar was on Blackbeards ship, henri was not. Henri is legend, Black Caeser is not.

I remember finding several 'small' cannon shot, and a spring shaped spiraled piece of metal used in cannon at Fort Zachary Taylor during one of the awesome Offshore powerboat races in the late 80's.
I actually jumped down into a hole, on the roof of the fort, dug into the roomful of sand they filled the fort with, snd when i found it... the park ranger was kind, but said:
*Jesus, kid you're not supposed to be in this area, i appreciate that you came to me, but stay out of the cordoned off areas please!! You could easily get hurt in here!"
    But, it was really cool!!
Love Fort Taylor, if you can ever visit, please do yourself a favor:
    Go check it out!

      @@akragas4394 great question ... no.
I was only like 10ish years old.
The park ranger was so afraid of me getting injured, i believe he was actually not very interested.
      I sure was.

My grt grandparents had a pineapple and citrus farm on Elliot’s key from 1875 to 1935. It was on Sands Cut. It is written about in the book CHARLOTTES STORY by Charlotte Niedhawk. Later the moved to Lemon City (Miami). The island has a single dirt road down the middle and was about 80% farmed. A single planked church was built in the island and all were welcomed. The service was followed by an exchange of goods and lunch. One of the farmers wife was born there and lived there 50 years. My brother and I searched for remnants of the the farm but nothing was found. The house was long blown away and the farm was grown over. They had a sailboat to get back and forth from Miami and when Flagler extended his railroad to Key West, they carried their Produce to homestead in order to send it north.

It’s better when white man talk about it. They confirm they are lies.

Because history in America is Eurocentric. They don't listen to anyone doesn't look like them. Also the Europeans spend a lot of time stealing other people's knowledge, culture, and resources. So they are the ones to tell the history. Slowly, people are realizing that these people have been lying to us since the beginning of the "new world"

It has always mattered who tells the story. Now that Europeans have to face their demons, now they don't want it to be bout race 🤣. Y'all created this mess.

Right. It's all bullshit other than there were unclean dirtbags who robbed other ships, ports, etc. Hardly a Johnny Depp or Errol Flynn among them.
