I got high hopes for the “Police Robot” T-1000. The Hot Toys are clearly superior but the after market prices are way more than I wanna pay. Present Toys is going hard on this line and I’m all here for it!
I could see them do a John, Sarah and Kyle.
I could also see more T1000's...perhaps a liquid version....or another version with different accessories.

Seems a little unnecessarily harsh. Not everyone wants to pay the aftermarket prices of the original. With a little tlc, and a head swap, this is a solid alternative.
Honestly just extending the neck and keeping the sunglasses on was enough for me. Maybe not a perfect figure, but I won’t pay aftermarket prices for a figure that is that old. Especially since Hot Toys keeps putting 2.0s out. I’d die if I spent $400+ on a figure for it to have a new better version announced a month later for $300.

i cant buy all the 1/6 figures i want, but when I see their reviews, I'm satisfied because it's like I've seen the figure in person even if it's just in the video

isee them to but whatever he exagerates as bad I go ahead and buy the other version, dude is not a person to trust and of course the many hot toys figures and thousands of dollars have been given to him to purchase his ass, he even sold his ass to a company of crooks who ask him to say he was part owner,he didnt know how to get off the rope, he says that is his voice, a year ago two years ago, this voice is he pretending he is a wealthy bussines man like the people he deals with in hot toys, i cannot respect a person who´s integrity if ever there was one was soldf or a couple dollars he didnt expect
I really, really like this box style. It's nice, compact, doesn't seem like it'd take a lot of shelf space, and it looks really nice. Kinda like old figure boxes!

As someone pointed out to me the headsculpt seems to be based on the Enterbay 'clean' T-800 - it has real shape similarities. But that was a flawed sculpt in the first place. It bugs me that there's no impetus to improve what came before, just copying and kitbashing - but I suppose anything more than that is too much to ask of a company like this.

I used to have the Hot Toys T-800 that I sold and kind of regret it…but the amount I got for him afforded me 2 other Hot Toys figures I like far better.
I do plan on ordering another Hot Toys Terminator 2 figure once I finish purchasing 3 upcoming DC “Batman” figure line figures and of course the Hot Toys “Wolverine DOFP” figure…and this will probably be the one I go with. 😎
Update: just now realizing this is not the Hot Toys version…I posted too quick…I am definitely going with the Hot Toys DX10 version

The sunglasses and outfit are pretty impressive but this figure 100% needs a head swap.
I put a dx 10 head on a mms117 hottoys body and it turned out fantastic..
I would love to get the present toys sunglasses for my kitbash and see if they look better than the dx10 sunglasses..

At time of preorder it was advertised as being real leather, so i guess it is. I like the weird headsculpt, just because i m sure they didn t recast the hottoys one 😂. Tbf i just bought this guy as a backup clothing set for the dx10 and 13 😅

I really like mine, but out of the box it was awful. That neck is so short even with the extender.
A few modifications later and it looks pretty damn good.
Edit: I get why Justin was hard on this figure, it’s not perfect. But also the official figure has gotten crazy on aftermarkets. I personally am fine with a neck modified version of this guy in my collection, until Hot Toys puts out a new version.
It definitely has the possibility of being great with a little work!
is just 140 bucks , i call that a win compared to t2 hot toys from 350 bucks to 550 $ lolz

The Present Toys is much better..looks like a bulky mean killer machine..and that's the main point
I actually agree. The outfit is better, the. Body is a wash as the DX10 and this both look good. The paint is lacking...though on the weapons.
The hot toys DX10 head lacks the Arnold jaw. This has a jaw but the head and forehead is not good...they are both essentially equally off in terms how they nailed the arnold likeness.

DX 13, imo is the best Arnold T2 sculpt, both of them. I would think about picking this guy up if only for the outfit.

A fix for the neck would be to add a piece of plastic to the top of neck connector, strong glue, and the right size of round plastic should raise height a touch. Cool Review
I used a Lego stud. On one of my unlicensed figures, and now it looks good

NOT BAD PRESENT TOYS TERMINATOR 2: T- 800 ACTION FIGURE. I PREFER THE HOT TOYS VERSION OF THE T-800 FIGURE. I OWN IT IN MY COLLECTION. I THINK IT'S WAY BETTER IN MY OPINION. IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD THE HOT TOYS TERMINATOR 2: T-800 FIGURE OR MISSED OUT, I THINK THE PRESENT TOYS T-800 FIGURE, IS THE BETTER CHOICE, IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION. I TRULY LOVED YOUR CONCEPT, WHEN IT COMES TO FINDING TOTALLY COOL TOYS. THANKS FOR SHARING JUSTIN!

Just raise the head with some blue tac and or pull the shirt collar down. Pretty good option for 1/3 the price of the Hot Toys

This is a pass. Im staying with my Dx10 T2 figure. On the other hand though, The Terminator ( 1984 ) battle damage version im getting once it releases. Because my friend told me to not buy one from the old hot toys because alot of them have problems with the eye light-up function because that figure is so old now. So ill get the Terminator 1 figure of this brand once its in stock

I think this figure has more of a likeness to T3 Arnie. I think the Hot Toys is superior for sure but with the right outfit I think this figure would fit as T3.

Thanks for showing this one. I preordered the battle damaged version and I sure hope you review that as well. I went the build my own route with a phicen body for this clean version and it ended up being roughly the same price and way more accurate in the proportions with an m34. I can see why you think the proportions are good, but it's truly night and day. BBTS had an awesome clothing set for like $60 I picked up a year or two ago. I wish the sculpt here had been a bit more accurate too.

Head is not good, but I like the outfit. It’s good enough, but these days good enough isn’t worth spending money on. If I had the DX10 I’d get this to have back up clothes, so that’s a good reason to get this.

Hi Justin, some are claiming that the outfit is not real leather. If that is the case, there is no strong point on this figure. What are your thoughts about this, since you own this figure?

It is a damn shame that there isn't a "licensed" 1/6th version of these figures being produced currently. This figure looks ok by itself, but next to the DX10, not so much. Thx for review!

Headsculpt is bad on the PT version. Immediate deal breaker.
Oh well I'm contented with my HT MMS117 version which is already 13 years old. Jacket and pants still holding up like new. Is this version also rocking the real leather jacket and pants? Or just the DX10 version does?
It's not ideal
The shirt looks like good quality but the collar is terrible, it's way out of scale and that probably adds to why his neck looks so short. It looks like a skivvy. A $5aud shirt from Ali Express is better than that and would go a long way to improve that figure. While you're at it I'd get an mms117 knock off head from there too.

Keep ‘em in my storage unit
Switch the body with a TTm20 muscular body and you dont have to have that stupid enormous neck and proportions is better :) Im very happy with the tailoring and will use a custom head.
