    In this 30-minute guided meditation, we learn to use our breath to help signal the nervous system to relax and allow ease and relaxation. With our meditation practice, we are exercising and strengthening the muscle of presence and joy. As Thich Nhat Hanh has said, “We should learn to ask, ‘What’s not wrong?' and be in touch with that.”
    As always, dana (donation) is voluntary. We are grateful for dana of any amount, which helps pay for the expenses of making our classes available and helps support the teacher.

    Jen has a lovely style. Very gentle and reassuring. Easy to follow. Like the environment that she chose to sit in. She is easy to like. Easy to trust. A nice half hour of guided meditation. Worth a try. :)
