Yes, speed can do very intresting things, real metal bullets are only more resitant, harder and can conserve more energy with their weight, but if you shoot something soft at such a high speed it will aquire a almost liquid shape and behaviour so it's more like a neft jet than a real gun shooting nerf darts

I knew they couldn’t normally load it because there would be nothing to push it so a blank was the only choice

USING A CHEETAH 2 NERF BLASTER AND ACC GEN 3 HARD TIP NERF BULLETS. THEY ARE EXCELENT FOR PUTTING HOLES IN FULL COKE CANS. THEY HAVE THE HARDEST TIPS. THE HIGHER THE FPS THE BETTER AT DESTROYING THINGS.

Interestingly, it kinda suggests that anyone can make their own effective rubber bullets, by combining a blank cartridge in the chamber with a breech-loaded piece of rubber. That's neat.

Actually expanding gas from a blank can cause injury if mishandled.
And I don't think the exit wounds were the small ones. Usually, exit wounds are the largest, when talking about actual bullets.

The more warped it actually is, the more damage it's causing. Like a bullet going sideways, for instance. Larger wound channel.

This makes me wish someone would use one of those AR15/M16 Soda Can/Tennis Ball launchers and shoot a Nerf Demolisher rocket out of it. Device is somewhat spendy and replaces the barrel of the firearm. You then shoot a blank which propels whatever is in the canister out.
So the moral of the story is anything moving fast enough can be deadly. So at 5 miles per hour it's a love tap at 1,300 feet per second it's a deadly missile.

Would to see you run it through a chrono to see speed. Also pretty sure dart actually comes apart inside barrel, and acts as wadding, and you are only shooting the tip. Would love to see an extreme high speed filming and see it extreme slow motion.
