I bought this set, and was not as disappointed as I thought I was going to be. I wish they put the same about of details in Disney princess sets as much as they did in Lego Elves.
I would love to see you kinda “upgrade” this kind of set into one of your custom immaculate Lego builds. Those are always so beautiful to me and I bet you could turn this into something wayyy more interesting! ❤️
We neeeeeed another minidoll theme. Possibly a medieval theme, not Disney specific. Think of the knights, generic princesses, dragons, new evils and fairies and things?!
I love how you added even the tiniest bit of pazazz into this set just by moving the vines to the back of the bedroom and adding a butterfly! Keep up the great work, I've been watching for years and plan for there to be many more.
Love melefisent face print now it brings out her chin and her facial expression on point that smirk just *chefs kiss* ❤❤❤ and love the horns on her lil throne area could u do a too much villain build with evil men and women in an underground lair

I will say in my opinion the new faces are a bit interesting but they’re not bad, but I do like the new Lego pieces, I love how Lego is slowly developing! 😊❤

See right at the end you mentioned something that explained this set for me: I kept asking why doesn’t this Maleficent look like Angelina Jolie? Since the new Hook somehow quite looked like Jude Law 😂 had entirely forgotten there was an old animated version of Sleeping Beauty, and that’s the version 4 year olds will have possibly seen. I think with their faces it’s that they look a bit vacant. Almost, my purpose is to be Princessy and nothing else, teehee. But *we* know there’s much more to Disney princesses and want some of that sassiness or determination or courage to come through in their faces (like it does on the new Friends face prints). Sigh, maybe next year 🤷🏽♀️
I’ll wait and see. My feeling is that Lego hasn’t truly figured out the market for Disney princesses yet. The faces aren’t good enough though - especially if they’re being marketed for a younger audience, they need to do better than vacant looking. Buuuuuut they might also have their hands tied by Disney specs, who knows? 🤷🏻♀️
I think the issue with the new faces is that they All. look. The. Exact. Same. Except for the newer Disney princesses like Moana, Pocahontas, and mirabel, they look great

Though my problem with these 4+ buildings is that I would love to smooth over the exposed studs, literally everywhere, so it just bugs me 😂 I mean, I get there's a lack of details because it's supposed to be for younger builders... but still. Also, is it just me or do you also consider it to be funny that Aurora is sleeping outside on the balcony (not even mentioning that with her eyes open)? XD I like the oldest Maleficent minidoll the most as well, at least the facial expression, the dress is quite simplistic but I don't mind really. Anyway, I'd really love to see a full set of Maleficent's castle, something like Ragana's Magic Shadow Castle from the Elves theme, I really miss seeing some darker buildings in minidoll themes. ~Wavey ;)
