CAN should be actively training next generation of cricketers. Instead it does “talent hunt” right before U19 tournaments. Ani tole ko dai haru sanga kheleko bachcha haru janme dekhi training leka Indian players sanga hare bhanera chinta garcham. There is no way forward without academy. It’s a fact
