How drastically different is the dual impulse escapement from the coaxial which i believe also is effectively dual impulse given the 3 pallet fork design?
Grand Seiko Dual Impulse Escapement and the Omega Co-Axial Escapement both aim to improve performance through reduced friction. GS's design offers direct impulses to the balance wheel, enhancing energy efficiency and durability. In contrast, Omega's Co-Axial Escapement, with its three-pallet system, focuses on reducing wear and maintenance needs while improving long-term stability and accuracy. While Grand Seiko emphasizes efficiency and longevity, Omega priorities minimal maintenance and consistent performance. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching
nice presentation. thanks
I joined the UK 🇬🇧 GS9 Club with this watch 😊 ... happy to wear it.
Great Video Prof! The Tentagraph is an amazing work of engineering! Hope to own one someday!

The greatest competition of GS Tentagraph is seiko astron. 😢
Less impressive are the dimensions , watches are ment to be worn not carried .
Too big
Professor, your information is excellent. Your kitchen studio, however, sucks.
