In the end yes benefits but realize still people may need different things under health conditions such as diabetes as well.

Yes. A vegetarian is best. But it has nothing to do with eliminating cholesterol or saturated fat. It's the animal protein. Humans can't metabolize animal protein. Butter is extremely healthy.
I would not eat butter as it is not natural and in many ways it is not natural or organic. remember animals dont eat butter or other meat products so they must know what is best.
