Pinecrest has always been overrated. Not really as nice and exciting as he makes it out to be and the traffic is horrible.
@@arnaldocerra7218 Pinecrest is one of the best neighborhoods in all of Miami with a great schools and that is why families with kids continue to move into Pinecrest. The houses here are beautiful and it’s all residential neighborhoods with big luscious trees.
@@livinginmiamifloridateam I grew up in Miami/Coral Gables and I’m still not impressed by Pinecrest. It’s definitely overrated.
