Shows at Romaca (Staff 2024)

As a PAWS (Performing Arts Workshop) staff member at Romaca, you'll help our girls put on a show per week at camp; rather than helping our girls perform in one or two full-camp musicals a summer, Romaca structures its drama schedule so that each age group puts on its own play, supporting our philosophy that every camper deserves a chance to shine.
While the process is quick and high intensity, the reward is even greater for it; seeing the fun that our girls have onstage coupled with how much they've learned - both theatrically and personally - from the confidence-building work that our PAWS staff facilitates, makes all the long rehearsals worth it 🎭🎭
