I watched your e-scooter review as well, and I am curious as to whether or not you have concerns about the battery types and sizes? Lifp04 has a very safe track record, but that is not the battery type these devices employ. Do you worry about L-Ion batteries and battery fires?
Update. I just scrolled down and saw some of the other comments. I'm sorry that you have to deal with people so filled with hate and selfishness. A lot of us really appreciate you.

First, thank you, that's really nice of you. :-) We're lucky that most comments we get are very positive, but occasionally...OY! ;-). Anyway, yeah, I definitely think about the Lithium Ions and fires. Tons of people use e-scooters and smaller ebikes on boats and the incidents overall are still pretty isolated considering the staggering number of these batteries in use now, but still. We don't leave our charger plugged in once it's charged up and we have fire hydrants galore on the boat.

Seems like an ok ebike. Keeping the motor to modest 350w gives plenty of power but gets good range and allows battery to be smaller and only 36v (vs 48v for more powerful motor). This ebike, for riding comfort, should come with a rear shock absorber or a seat stem shock absorber. As you mentioned, cruisers need a folding bike with much smaller wheels and if an ebike, have an easily removeable battery to lighten the weight while moving it in and out of dinghy. Hope to see some future videos on sailing/renovations.
For electric motor conversion, have you inquired from insurance co, what batteries brands for bank will be considered acceptable or can you DIY it with Lifepo4 cells and BMS?

Tannus tire inserts are a necessity for heavy chafing rides like in the Keys.

@@SailAwayVlog Yes! I put them in back first than the front of my 20x3. Sidewall stability is enhanced overlapping the tube by cutting a V notch for the Schrader or Presta valve., locking the tube in position.
      Peace of mind achieved.

This is one of our review series videos which we make sure to differentiate clearly from our weekly regular episodes, which are still usually on Sunday. You can always tell by “REVIEW” in the title and on the thumbnail.

Got into the video but again your modesty went out the window. Our family are not interested in your showing off so please make a small bit of effort when on camera to be modest. What you wear off camera doesn’t matter to our family but if your going to be on out TV then please wear something else from your wardrobe for the few minutes you record. I don’t want to be critical but you’re losing not gaining viewers with this
    Safe travels Nick

First, we’re shaking our heads and chuckling that something we were wearing somehow triggered you, since neither of us wore anything inappropriate. We’re assuming you’re speaking to Loren, since this kind of condescension is almost always directed at woman). Second, there’s an easy solution - don’t put us “on your TV”. Please.
