- I’ve Made a serious mistake, and at the time the situation seemed to be a total disaster. Thankfully this didnt end up being the case and I survived, and I learned that making mistakes is just part of the game and you get better the more mistakes you make. Seriously tho I am just glad I survived and didnt have any long term issues related to the mistakes i made as a new professional moving to new york city. The thing is, just curious about the rental status in NYC. I laughed quite a lot, well.. I live in the country with the most expensive city in it.
NYC is cheap.
I know. I own my own house, free and clear. No interest in moving, especially to a city. But I can't get enough of Cash's apartment tours.
I like looking at different types of places in different towns.. I used to look at Craigslist in other towns for fun.. with Cash I get a visual AND a GREAT videographer.. I just love his personality.. he's very funny

I have to say, this is the only channel I thank the TH-cam algorithm for recommending to me. 0:35 for the person who lives In Dallas, my suggestion would be start now in your area and get to figure out how and what has to be done. I work in NYC but live in Syracuse. NYC is a fast paced environment and if you get stuck or something happens you many decide to quit. I love NYC 💜 but if I didn’t know the jobs I bring down there I would never go back. So take the 6 months and learn everything you need to know before hitting the big Apple. Good luck to you !! 👍😁

It's an enjoyable routine for me, I know around 10:00 my time he's going to be on. At work, I'll have to wait until lunchtime.
We just bought a house last month and our real estate agent just started, we were his 4th clients. Helping people find a home has actually been his childhood dream. It was really a joy working with him and how much passion he has. You have that same passion, it shows and that's why people are so addicted to your videos.
Oh that accounting story hits close to home. Major difference is that I realized that was not my future profession after one semester at college! I then explored law enforcement, but then landed at the fire department. I retired after 25 years of saving lives and sh... stuff. I enjoy the heck out of your videos, feels like I get to go on a little adventure everyday. Cheers!

Loved the reusable shopping bag. Back when I could get out those things were marvelous. A grocery run that might mean 2 or 3 trips from car to house was 1 because I could out one on my shoulder and easily carry 2 maybe 3 in my hands. Unless I was buying a lot of flour and sugar, or maybe a watermelon. This was also around the time I realized that frozen veggies were not only healthier but much easier to lug upstairs, lol.
I ended up buying a shopping cart eventually. Then lockdown. But the people who now deliver my groceries love the cart, so it didn't go to waste after all.
Even though I can't get out to shop anymore, I still use my reusable bags. When the Instacart delivery comes, I can sort them at the door in my bags and ferry one at a time to the kitchen with them.

My condo in South Beach was near an Insomnia Cookies, but I still sold it 18 months ago. After the Surfside tragedy, the sale was probably on good move on my part.
Finding this channel was the best thing that happened to me although i may never live in America . I love seeing apartments and houses and these videos are all i need when i feel depressed .
