I think sending an email for the university is the best you can do and wait for a response
The 2.5- 3.0 is it for Bsc and HND or only Bsc
I applied early this year but English proficiency is compulsory for Ghanaian and can’t be waived so I end the application

Use scholaro. If you CWA is 70-100, you gpa will be about 3.6-4.0. If your CWA is 60-69, it will be about 3.2-3.5. 50-59 about 2.8-3.2.

That's for only KNUST buh UMAT also use CWA but their grading is different that's 80-100 is A.
