So, will this scholarship for international students clear the $12,928 or just some of it. Because the award is $5000 and there are other offers like GAs and tuition waivers. What do you think?

Hi Kingsford, when applying for a graduate program is it necessary that your Reference letter has to be from a Lecturer ?
If they require 2, then 1 from a lecturer is preferred and the other may come from your employer. If its 3, then 2 (lecturers preferred).
