When I was talking to the minister after her death, he said I should be comforted because she was joining my deceased father. I told him I was praying hard that she did not go to hell, where my sadistic pedophile was. He SAID PRESBYTERIANS DO NOT BELIEVE IN HELL! I told him hell was in the Bible. I loved my mother and took care of her during her final 8 years, while she played sadistic passive aggressive games on me. We couldn't blame dementia because she was pleasant and cogent with other people. She removed me from the Will and lied about it, so I ended up homeless, scrambling for my life. I prayed so hard for her to go to Purgatory, a place where souls are tested and if they pass, they can reincarnate. If they don't pass, the go south where there is no return. God spared my mother, who also did much good in her life. 4 years after her death, I was alone in my room and clearly heard my mother's voice say, "Julie?" Wow. I was freaked out, and asked. The Holy Spirit who that was. I was told it was my mother, freed from Purgatory, and come to apologize. They told me her many apologies while tears streamed down my face. God is merciful to those who have a measure of mercy. My father is being tortured, believing he is a preschool child. Who knows how many children he tortured? He will cease to exist. Good. I have done my work and forgiven the many who harmed me. I bear no malice. God knows the Truth and is the Divine Judge.
I don't go to service to donate (buy) a message to justify my life. I go to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass to lead my pitiful soul to sanctification. The Lord showed us so perfectly and painfully that Eternal Life is not come by easily. The message of ease and comfort we need is in the cross! His yoke is easy because He allows us to be yoked with Himself, in this is our joy.
If no one shows up preach the gospel. Their futures will not change, preach Gods words .the truth cannot be locked away. They may think so but their hearts will wilt away as well as their spirit.
I think you are wrong about nondenominational churches. They are some of the most hate filled angry messages I’ve heard. The more traditional churches Catholics Episcopalians Methodists have consistent Christ centered messages and include the sacraments that bring people closer to God. When you remove most sacraments as do nondenominational churches there is little left but screaming about everybody’s sin and needing more money to pay for the preachers lifestyle
There be on fire for Christ catholics, orthodox, reformed and Messianic Jews in the One Body of Christ in the Word and Spirit. It isn't the Label that matters but being genuine in Christ.❤️🙏

One thing: Purgatory isn't a test for acceptance into Heaven. Everyone who goes to Purgatory goes to Heaven.

Well... Jews deny Jesus Christ clearly don't know Him. They're outside the body of Christ, having followed the abolished law that has been fulfilled.
