Kevin Nash tells tales from his Hall of Fame wrestling career, his lesser known but impressive acting roles (he was freaking Super Shredder) and well it's Kevin freaking Nash one of my favorite wrestlers I enjoyed watching in my youth. Kevin and Scott Hall spear headed wrestling into pop culture mainstream like nothing before or since ever has and me and my friends were there as it unfolded lovin' every vignette as the Monday Night Wars heated up.

He is EXACTLY who I wanted to see playing Cable opposite Ryan Reynolds too. I think the buddy chemistry would be incredible and put everything on a entire new level.

He was very good and entertaining in the punisher. I believe Kevin is very underrated in terms of his intelligence and how he can articulate when describing something or having a meaningful convasations. Sure, he was a snake and a bully in his hay day. But everyone was. Kevin's a solid dude overall and always looked badly upon but he's very smart guy that made mostly right choices
Kevin Nash is a true phlosopher king. He seems to be s really decent guy.
I talked with him at his table, super cool laid back dude. Feel bad he's in pain though, I thanked him for his sacrifices to entertain us savages.

I've actually never heard of him talk about his movies now that I think about it, and I've listened to a lot of his interviews. He's played a lot of random roles like in John Wick, Punisher, Grandma's Boy, That Prison movie with other wrestlers and Adam Sandler I think. LOL I thought for the roles he played they were perfect for him, he didn't try to go out of his range, and he came across as 100% believable. So I don't think he gets enough credit for that. Obviously he wasn't some amazing superstar in range but he did perfect for what he was put into the role of. You can't say that for almost ANY wrestler that's done any appearances outside of wrestling. Roddy Piper, Hogan, Rock, Austin, even Edge in a few shows..like you couldn't forget they were who they were, but with Nash he fit exactly who he was playing. Huh, I rarely think about it, because he does his job so well it's hard for most people to name the multiple big movies he's been in because he acts so well that you remember a bad ass guy and forget it was Kevin Nash specifically...I don't know I grew up watching Wrestling in the mid 90's to beginning 2000's so maybe it's just me. I don't care what people say about this dude, he is chill AF. He did things people didn't agree with, but I would bet money on him not being a bad person in the normal sense of a person these days. At least the people I consider normal that can take jokes and not actually mean like "yep saying this makes me a full on racist and I just hate other races". It blows my mind how people are now a days with their judgment of others.
The Longest Yard is the Adam Sandler movie you mentioned in which Kevin has some pretty hilarious scenes. He was chill but obviously in physical pain when I saw him here. I hope he had just aggravated something and that wasn't his constant condition. I love my autographed WCW/NWO Revenge for n64 that he signed for me lol. I don't care what people say either he's one of my favorite wrestlers.
@@RenegadeGeek he seems like a really cool guy honestly. People say “oh he was an asshole and did this and did this”. But it’s not like he ever tried killing someone. He did some drugs and drank at a time in his life when he was riding high while “holding people down at his workplace”; I mean if that’s one of the “worst” things he did then I think people have to be a little more forgiving. People seem to inflate things that others have done to make them seem on par with the terrible things they do just to make themselves feel better. It’s crazy how people have become and how they justify things. But ya it looks like he was in pain and I get it, he was best friends with Scott for decades it’s not something you can just shake off in a few months. I feel bad for the guy because I’ve never seen him come off as an actual bar human being but others that can’t let go of things would make you think otherwise.

Look at what it's costing him to get there. The physical pain, the lost mobility, one surgery after another after another, all the time with family lost that can't be gotten back. Man that is far too little compensation for what it took to get there and he knows it and I don't think he is complaining so much as warning about it. I could be wrong.

Idk. If you look at the behind the scenes for the fight in Punisher. The guy described Kevin Nash as 6ft 10 and over 300lbs. Which Kevin himself has claimed quite a few occasions. Even during his college basketball days, he was listed as 6'10". Even a majority of your listings, i highly disagree. Since i seen interviews with some of them when asked about their height, and their answer about their is a bit much shorter than what you put them down as.

I love Kevin Nash as a wrestler and actor.. but I'm sorry I have no sympathy for his complaint of the acting wages for guest stars. The guy made MILLIONS in WCW in the 90's. I'm sure the WWE still pays him well for appearances. He has plenty of money to do whatever he would like I'm sure. $25K an episode is plenty. I will make that much in a year next year after joining the Marine Corps. Also, Thomas Jane is still my favorite Punisher.
There's no basis for your complaint. He mentioned being able to make 50 grand for one day's work as compared to nowadays where you work 5 12 hour days for 12 grand. Just because it's a lot of money doesn't mean people can't complain about how things are. Guess what, gas used to cost a nickle and no one made a million dollars a year except for oil companies. Things change but that doesn't mean you have to like it. I'd complain too about going from one day 50 grand to 5 half days for 12.
