Urban Extension Road-II (UER II) or NH-344M is an upcoming 75.7 km long, 6 lanes (main expressway) & 4 lanes (service roads) wide access-controlled expressway in Delhi NCR, India. It would start from National Highway 44 at Alipur then passes from Rohini, Mundka, Najafgarh, Dwarka and end at Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway on National Highway 48 near Mahipalpur. Its main route forms a semicircle on the western side of Delhi, additionally, it has two side spurs - one from Bawana in Northwest Delhi to Sonipat in Bawana's North and a second in west Delhi from between Tikri border & Najafgarh to NH9 Bahadurgarh south bypass. Delhi NCT has 4 concentric ring roads around it - namely Inner Ring Road; Outer Ring Road; the third ring outside it formed by the combination of UER-II & Chilla-Okhla Expressway, and the fourth ring formed by the combination of part of Dwarka Expressway (from Tikampur) & Gurugaon-Ghata Expressway, Gurgaon-Sohna Elevated Corridor Expressway, Sohna-Faridabad section of Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad Expressway (FNG), Ghaziabad-Narela Expressway (planned) and Rai-Narela-Bahadurgarh-Gurgaon Expressway (meet Dwarka Expressway at Tikampur in Gurugaon). Outside these ring roads, NCR region will have 3 Regional Circular Expressways (first of which is the existing combination of WPE and EPE)[5][6] and 3 Zonal Circular Expressways (ZCE).

CM Khattar ne Haryana ke 10 saal kharab kar diye. Delhi Alwar RRTS 15 years delay, NH 48 service lane not in usable condition. NH 48 is badly overloaded. Kherki Daula toll not removed yet. NH 48 must be elevated up to Dharuhera. Delhi Jaipur super expressway work stopped. @Nitin Gadkari and @Modi Ji pls drop a bomb on Manesar and Pachgaon. We are paying Income tax, road tax and toll tax for this???
2019 me RRTS project shuru hua hai jisme pehli line Delhi-Meerut ki hai. Delhi-Gurgaon-Alwar covid ke baad plan hui aur tum 15 saal delay se chal rahi hai bol rahe ho jab poore RRTS project ko bhi 5 saal nahi hue.

Planning ka matlab kya hai bhaiya, pehle toh woh define karo aap.
Kyunki jo construction projects ki Planning stage me first step hota hai vo hai Feasibility assessment & Conceptualization aur uske liye banvaate hai DPR, first DPR bani 2017 me Delhi-Meerut line ke liye. 2017 me thi BJP toh Modi ke pehle se kaha se planning hui 🤷

Mai jo bol raha hu NCRTC ki website, Wikipedia pe dekh sakte ho aur stages of planning padh lena for construction projects(4 to 6 stages most commonly padhai jaati hai), Feasibility assessment & Conceptualization har ek me first step milega.
Aur tum DPR bhi choro, NCRTC jab form hua tab se laga lo, tab bhi 15 saal delay se nahi chal raha bhai koi bhi RRTS project. NCRTC ko start hue bhi 10 saal na hue jiske andar saare RRTS project aate hai.
Sorry to say par bina research ke kuch bhi hawa me baatien kar rahe ho.

Fir 2006 me ncrpb ne 8 rrts identify kar liye the par hamare bekar system ki wajah se is project me kaafi time kharab ho gaya . Aur 2013 mein Centre Govt. and State Govt.[Delhi, U.P. , Hr. & Rj.] ne milkar NCRTC form kara.
Fir 2017 me un 8 route me se ek Delhi-Merrut ja DPR bana aur 2019 me ground work chalu hua.
