You were asking about a pause button on the Power Base Mini -- the button you held down on it to disable FM audio during startup IS the pause button -- supposedly if you press and release it, it should pause Sega Master System's games, just like the Sega Master System console's pause button would. The Master Everdrive itself says it has soft-reset to menu, but Krikzz's website says that function doesnt work when using a Power Base Converter. The solution is to use a Mega Everdrive (the everdrive designed for Genesis / MegaDrive games) -- it is backwards compatible and will play Sega Master System games on the SD card, and features an in-game menu allowing access back to the Everdrive's menu system. Since the LaserActive can't do the FM sound, you're not losing anything by doing it this way. Best wishes.
Yeah man I actually have picked a quite few Lasers from Goodwill of late. I never had a laser disc player coming up it just seems like a cool movie experience. Yeah man this thing is sick!

Don’t forget the mega-ld and ld-rom games. Also plays cd-v (small size ld’s). You can output toslink sound for the sega-cd/mega-cd games too. Can also play super-cd’s and arcade cd’s with the pc-engine pac. You need to use the arcade duo hu-card as I have read the pro will brick the pac? Otherwise great video :)
