What I think was very cleverly done about the betrayal is that unlike a lot of - for example - Disney twist villain plots, they have her do this without ever really changing the character as presented before. She was always self absorbed and cowardly but because she was the central character, we just sort of assume she'd turn out good in the end. @kalebdiaz1671 It's interesting because I'd initially read it more as classism rather than racism (as she was very patronising to Ruby making jabs at her intelligence throughout) but I guess it makes more sense in hindsight. And the two things, particularly in Britain, are heavily related.
@@thecrispymaster yeah but she gave ruby a little more and actually talk to her. She completely dismissed the doctor as soon as she saw them. @@bdletoast09 Which I loved so much. You can't save someone who doesn't want to be saved, and that's always stressful and annoying, especially for someone like the Doctor, and I think Ncuti portrayed that amazingly
This series is getting progressively better. I am Black and as much as I disliked Lindy, I think there was a moment of pause/reflection/change in her. Her stare down with the doctor shows fractures of a different person in her. I think the Doctor did save them with an idea that runs counter to their own. He seeded an idea in her that I think will carry forward. While this episode appeared in absolutes, the fracture at the end made it so much more. This series is complex, great, emotional. So glad Davies is back doing this. And the music selections are great!

@devinspencer1678 I get that. For me, Call of Cthulhu is my favorite RPG (this ep was basically a CoC scenario) spooky Doctor Who is my favorite flavor of Doctor Who, and I needed to see more of Ruby than the wide-eyed, peppy Mousketeer we'd gotten so far. I was pre-disposed to like that ep. Also, I think they did explain it in the end, at least enough for me. The old lady was Ruby, and when "real" Ruby died, it reset the magic.

Through absolutely no fault of her own beyond how great she is at acting, Callie Cooke makes my eye twitch. LMAO this episode will stick with me for years to come. Seriously, the commentary at the end of it is worth the price of admission alone.
I think this is the first NuWho episode where we see the characters outdoors in a futuristic city - every other futuristic city it's been indoors (or in a tight alleyway in Gridlock that I think is supposed to be underground) e.g. Hell Bent is set in the desert then once they get to the city it's all indoors. Anyway what I'm saying is I'm really glad we got to see the entirety of a place like Finetime, and I'm glad the production managed to fold the harsh Welsh weather into the worldbuilding.
Ncuti Gatwa is VERY quickly becoming one of my favourite Doctors, he is PHENOMENAL and that scene at the end?! Wow... my heart broke for the Doctor, it says a lot about how compassionate he is that despite how VILE and racist Lindy and her friends are that he was still willing to save their lives, Lindy especially who is just the WORST, not only is she racist but she murdered her so called love interest just to save her own life and she didnt even have the decency to admit it... I don't think I've EVER hated a character more, and now because of her and her friends' prejudice they are all doomed to die. The slugs were right! And the Doctor didn't deserve to be treated that way... what a fantastic performance from Ncuti, and the fact it was the FIRST scene he filmed?! Wow!
@@Connie_cpu I doubt that they'll even live that long. Once the supplies that they brought are gone, they're all dead. Lindy killed the one person who had been taking breaks from the dot and reading books. They won't know what is safe to eat.
Looking back there's so many details that made it really obvious how racism was the fuel of this episode. Lindy didn't know the Doctor and Ruby, but when the Doctor tried to call her she immediately swiped him. When Ruby appeared later, Lindy sulked but she stayed and listened. As soon as she found out the Doctor and Ruby were together, she complained even more. You also realise, like a smack in the face, how everyone else is white and the Doctor is the only black character.
That realization that the doctor was the only black character was when Lindy hid in the corner and called all her friends. I was like hmm... And then later I thought SHE created the creatures and was controlling them. I was taken on a roller coaster. I thought Ricky was the villain until he got killed, then I hated Lindy.
Even the bubble UI reacted exaggeratedly when The Doctor first appeared with the bold red letters and alarm sounds whereas Ruby had none of that and just simply could slide into Lindy's feed as if it were any other of her friends
Mm, but until you know the twist, you could put that down to the Doctor figuring out a more subtle way into the system after the first try gets him blocked. @@mrlowdays
Ncuti Gatwa's performance in that last scene (his only "in person" scene) was phenomenal. Probably one of the most powerful scenes in Doctor Who ever (and my memory goes back a fair way). Showing some real Doctor gravitas. Unfortunately for The Doctor in this story, not everyone wants to be saved...
As much as I admire every doctor that came before, it is safe to say, Ncuti has earned his spot. Every single episode, his acting is just out of this world. And that scene in the end. Millie's tears in the background, ncuti's frustration that he would still save them despite the blatant racism, and lindy's defiance and absolute conviction in her own actions. My god. I know its sci fi, but this episode was such an actors discourse.

A 'Midnight' Episode. A world with what appears to be good people and then it just takes one bad thing to really see what they are Edit: As a Whovian since Tennant, I know how on-its-own-level Midnight is. It was that pit-in-the-stomach feeling I got when I found out what Lindsey is and how Gatwa's Doctor reacted to the dark nature of humanity that got me thinking of Midnight (Tennant's look of disgust after the hostess sacrificed herself)
Yeah no, that's not like Midnight at all. Midnight is about how fear and incoprehension can bring the worst out off people, even genuinely kind people. This is about how living in your own bubble surrounded by people who are exactly like you makes you into an awful bigot.
@@joansmith69 I mean, there is a nice sort of flipside to that episode here that is worth pointing out. In Midnight a group of different, ordinary, but ultimately likable people show off their worst sides and become horrible because of the dire circumstances, whereas in Dot and Bubble the direness of the circumstances make the horrible people seem almost ordinary. There is value in recognizing that and it's not necessarily forced to find one episode evocative of the other.
There are similarities, I agree; Midnight is one of my faves too. The ending shows that she was the one whom nobody knew the name of. And, for viewers, we might not have realized it until then. It’s also an episode where The Doctor didn’t save anybody (the hostess did), and he can’t in Dot and Bubble either. They’re also both social commentary episodes, although Midnight has more interplay (generational, familial, etc) while Dot and Bubble is more vapid and entitled youth.
Ncuti has officially had what I call his "Capaldi moment". For Pcap it was the anti war speech in the Zygon Inversion. For Ncuti it was THAT scene. I thought this was gonna be fuller but OMG I was so wrong.
Good job Russell seeing the obvious flaw in the discussion about historicals. This sadly isn't just a problem of the past. Rosa had a future villain too. It's depressing, but a perfect warning for the present if we don't start combatting this problem once and for all right now. Ya gotta step out of your bubble and see what others deal with every day. Brilliant episode!
Yk i'm really happy that these behind the scenes videos aren't trying to pretend there's less digital effects than there are actually is, like how Barbie's behind the scenes did. I appreciate the honesty so that we can actually understand and respect the craft of those digital artists along with the practical ones.
This was such a great twist in the end. I did not see that coming. But once she said it, it hit me that every character except The Doctor was white. It hit like a stone falling on my chest. I wonder if I did not notice because I, myself am white? (which makes an even larger impact on me).
I'm white and gay. I'm all for inclusion and diversity but yeah...the racist scene at the end was shocking and moving. I've read some of the comms below on this vid and I'm still amazed how some people can call themselves Doctor Who "fans" 🙄
Stupid innocent me actually didn't get the racism part at first! I just figured they were bigoted towards Outsiders and I was too preoccupied with these idiots gleefully sailing to their deaths to realize why they really shunned the doctor!
Same here, I didn't clock the microaggressions at first, when it got to the end, specifically the voodoo comment I was immediately hit by what I must've missed and looked back and realised it flew over me, I think RTD did that on purpose too, to get you thinking and evaluating how you see racism that isn't just straight up calling people slurs.
That's the point of the episode! it shows white people the dangers of living in a bubble (i.e. having mostly/all white friends and/or not looking at what's happening around you). Racism can go unnoticed. Even if you're an anti-racist white person you're still privileged to the point where racism isn't always something you consider. It's honestly genius
So many times I've wondered whether putting in an Asian character or Black character was for "inclusion" and whether it would make sense with the plot or locale if it wasn't in the modern multi-cultural world. But in this episode I noticed she was a bit too white, but didn't notice that no one was non-white. Shame on me.
Not being able to walk without the bubble makes total sense. Our visual cortex uses a horizon to balance. They’ve done experiments showing it can take up to 30minutes for a human to learn to walk with an off kilter horizon.
10/10. The great reveal...was so shocking and brutal. A great analysis about influencers, celebrity, snobbery and racism. I dont know which monster was the worse. The Doctor and Ruby are ace !
The ending got me good because at first I thought it was just about the Doctor not being part of their Fantime society but no it was about his appearence. If they are always that annyoing I can actually understand why the Dots started to hate them and even planned to eradicate them all. If they wanted to learn from their mistake to only live inside the bubble and build a new life I would understand it but they refused the Doctor´s help because he´s different and that´s just being ignorant.
Your right I didn’t even realise it was about the doctors skin tone at first why they rejected him. Just thought it was because he wasn’t from finetime
…which is the deeper point…if it took us the whole episode to spot that, what does this say about not just the Dot and Bubble characters but us and where we are as a society?
@@LeDayz I only realised by the Voodoo comment, that's when it solidified fully. Just before I was like "Wait..." then the voodoo thing was like "Nah, hold the phone." I think it's intentional by RTD. You don't notice the small stuff sometimes, especially if you have never been a victim of racism, I know I haven't, so when it all came crashing down I had to think back on every interaction Lindsy had towards the Doctor and I was like "I can't believe I missed that."
The ending seemed a little abrupt as there was still a chance to save those whose names started with Q-Z or whatever passed for their alphabet. I guess the A.I. didn't think they could be reformed, and it destroyed everyone on their homeworld too.
I will say the costume that Ncuti is wearing at the end is definitely his best as well as his Church on Ruby road costume he should wear them more often
dang I actually thought she didnt want to get saved by the doctor, was because he and ruby arent from the "homeland" and since they thought that the "bigger on the inside" was not real so they tried on their own, but the "cuz ncuti is black" bit went way over my head, wow
I think if you aren’t exposed to racism, but do see elitism or classism in your own life, you’re much more likely to see what you know, rather than something with which you aren’t familiar.
Watching the slug monsters eating the people was absolutely terrifying! There were few 1950's sci fi movies that had slug monsters, so it's not a new concept, but the way they carried it off in this episode was very creepy and scary!
Them being created by the A.I. explained a few things, like what their natural prey would have been and why they obeyed the command not to eat those who weren't in alphabetical order.
I did NOT expect to be blindsided by this episode the way I was. The story was great, the writing incredible, and the cast absolutely knocked it out of the park. Hand to God, if I didn't enjoy Twelve's attitude so much, this episode would've sealed Fifteen in as my favorite Doctor.
This episode hit me right in the white privilege; I didn't see it coming and I should have but even though I try not to live in a bubble, I *still* didn't realize all the other faces we saw throughout the episode were white until Lindy uttered those words. "Because you, *sir*, are not one of us." Just a reminder that as a white person, the process of rooting out all of the implicit biases and unexamined racism is never-ending. Great episode.
It's rare to actually root for the giant slugs and evil AI to kill off the characters, but this episode definitely succeeded (that's a compliment btw)!
I didn’t actually realize that everyone was white until that last scene, that’s when everything Hit me! It really put such a light on the term micro aggressions, as a black women you thing you would be so sensitive to those things but a lot of times they go right over your head until your hit with a not so micro one that has you questioning your reality, like how could I have missed this, but it’s because just like in fine time we want to believe that everything is fine
So many times we want to believe the future has solved such problems. So we were caught off-guard, unlike when Bill was taken to the past, when we kind of expected someone to say something about her looks.
I didn't even realize the implication of the ending when I first watched the episode. Ncuti and the rest of 15's crew are in for a hell of a ride wherever the TARDIS takes them 💙
Such an amazing episode. As a series of doctor who, I'm waiting for and expecting at least one miss, but damn this season really has just been hit after hit after hit
@ennayanne It was not even a fraction as good as the Goblin song, fight me. They can do musicals if they really really want to, but they need to at least achieve that standard. The twist at the end wasn't as catchy or clever or funny or well performed
@@bennettnez4711 the melody of the song is the exact same as the giggle. It's also the show being meta about Susan twist. In the giggle the doctor said what if the toymakers world is still lingering. The song was about everyone letting out the music that was gone since 1925.
@@shemdellashemygd29 I never said it wasn't revealing in a meta textual fashion, I'm pointing out that it does not work as a musical number the way that the goblin song worked.
The big group call where The Doctor gives them all the instructions was when it first clicked for me. I saw their muted reactions to him, and that's when I realized that EVERYONE was white and it was such a gut punch
I was taken aback by this episode. so powerful, aspects so reflective of real life today. Brilliantly put together and acted, a masterpiece of television. the lead character Lindy looks so sweet but is in fact a nasty and spoilt young lady, a manipulative liar too. Then there was the racist slur at the end, not something I was expecting but it fitted in well with the character. This series of Dr Who is different, so sad for the likes of Jodie who never had the opportunity to work with such excellent material.
I know I'm going to sound really thick but it totally did not clock with me that when Lindy said, "you're not one of us" to The Doctor at the end that she was being racist. I thought she just meant that he wasn't from her planet.
Based on the previews, I was really unsure how I would feel about this episode. But it ended up being yet another banger after Boom and 73 Yards! I was sucked into this world early on, and Ncuti and Millie were utilized very well despite not being the “main” characters. Callie Cooke put on an excellent performance as Lindy. I went from finding her deeply frustrating to having compassion for her to just-HATING her more than I’ve hated a character in a long time. I appreciate RTD’s decision to write racism into a story about a future society, too. It’s easy to think and we’d like to hope things we’ll be all fine and dandy in the future and those prejudices won’t still exist, but that’s the thing about humans. We don’t develop on a linear path and there will likely always be hate and bias to reckon with. The Doctor’s realization at the end was gut-wrenching, and Ncuti’s performance hit like a truck.
I totally thought “you’re not one of us” meant that that Doctor and Ruby aren’t rich and elite. Their problem with The Doctor being black went right over my head. I had no idea it was racism.
this show has been so beautifully diverse so far that it was genuinely jarring to see an ep where nearly all of the characters were white. even the pastel set dressing hit home how aryan they were, and ruby getting through to lindy when the doctor couldn't was so uncomfortable.
I honestly don't think Ricky would've turned down the Doctor and Ruby. He's seen the home-world destroyed so to be the most intelligent one in that whole dome, reading books and balancing a social life balance away from the toxicity, he would've never gone back to his old life after that. The TARDIS would've been his only way out and THAT WAS TAKEN FROM US!!! :( If the 12th Doctor found out how Ricky got clipped, bro woulda reigned hell upon Lindy for the rest of eternity
Yet another fantastic episode, being much more dark than the colourful set first let you think. Very good acting skills from the whole cast. These last three stories have been brilliant, really brilliant.
Perhaps not. But there are always a few misfits like the singer that would have been worth it. And it's not a judgement thing, I think someone called for help and the Tardis got the message. Too bad that person wasn't saved. Not sure why they picked this girl to contact and try to rescue.
9:14 When I saw the episode I didn't know they were racist, When she said "your not one of us" I thought she meant like wealthy and status, Kind of like how kim kardashian won't watch a movie in a theater filled with normal people.
There's definitely been a worldwide far-right authoritarian movement since 2015 or the rise of Putin that uses fascist tactics to elect straight male leaders of the dominant ethnic group and religion with the intention of putting women, minorities and LGBTQ in their place.
Brilliant episode, great commentary on online media nowadays ("I can't walk without the arrows" is such a perfect example) and another twist ending that proves that, even for the Doctor, some people aren't worth saving.
I JUST CLASSIFIED IT. “Limax Carnivora” Class: Gastropoda Its class is Gastropoda because of its large foot and its tentacles. Domain: Eukaryota Its domain is Eukaryota. This was hard to back up because I could not study the cells of this creature for obvious reasons. However, it is easy to define it as an eukaryote because the other two domains, Bacteria and Archaea, both are unicellular, microscopic organisms. This creature is quite complex, having antennae, a shell, and tentacles, making it very improbable that it is unicellular. Kingdom: Animalia They have several traits of the kingdom Animalia. These creatures seem to be able to move, as they are in many scattered places. They are also quite likely heterotrophic because they are shown eating humans instead of producing their own food. They also have sensory appendages, their antennae. Phylum: Mollusca The body of the creature seems to be divided into head, muscular foot, visceral mass, and mantle. Its head comprises of tentacles and compound eyes. The body is covered by a shell that is likely calcareous. The creature’s muscular foot might help in locomotion although I have not seen much evidence of these creatures moving. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Etymology: “Limax Carnivora” is Latin for “Carnivorous Slug.” This creature seems to resemble, most closely, a slug. It is also referred to as a slug in the behind the scenes video for Dot and Bubble. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Anatomy (partial): The creature (Limax Carnivora) has several pairs of antennae that it uses to perceive its environment. Most antennae are on its head, but several pairs of antennae are shown in its mouth/stomach and likely retract when consuming food. It has a exoskeletal shell on its back that is likely made of chitin and protein, and reinforced by calcium carbonate. The creature seems to have several tentacles that pull in its prey. Its body is likely constantly coated in mucus.

The real monsters are the people in Dot and Bubble. Lindy I was expecting her to change but she gets worse. And the ending? That physically hurt. Also Ncutis first scene to film from what I understand.
Technically three villains: the slugs, technology, and racism
racism?
Kinda racism but mainly human superiority complex at the end it hints at racism@@famosting2777
@@SuperHeroStoriesUnlimited more shows divide in class, is what is thought. How the upper class look down upon those beneath them, its not always racism

Boom, 73 Yards, and Dot & Bubble are just great DoctorWho episodes! They feel familiar, with all the flavor and weirdness we've always loved about Doctor Who, but they ask new questions, and answer them in ways that feel classic and new at the same time. This season is really hitting its stride! Can't wait for more! Bravo!
I'm very on the fence about 73 yards. I like a lot of things about it, but the utter lack of explanation kinda annoyed me.
This episode. Everything was on another level. Things are not what they seem.
But that end scene.
I just want to hug the Doctor 🫂
I did, too...the Doctor definitely looked to be in need of a hug.
this episode was FANTASTIC!! the commentary, the sets, the costuming. and the. the TWIST at the end? Ncuti's acting was AMAZING because his breakdown was spectacular. I'm so impressed.
There's always a twist at the end
@@amadandearbhte4318 There's always a Susan Twist, but not necessarily at the end!
@@JoeGrohlDJ Maybe she'll appear right at the end of series to hint at something bigger.
There are so many things going on I don't imagine they'll all be wrapped up in the finale.
@@alansmithee419 I think the Susan Twist mystery might be, seeing as they commented on her in this episode. Maybe fixing the gravity/mavity mix up might be part of it? 😂
Ruby's story obviously will be, Mrs Flood hopefully not. I just hope it's good.
Through absolutely no fault of her own beyond how great she is at acting, Callie Cooke makes my eye twitch. LMAO this episode will stick with me for years to come. Seriously, the commentary at the end of it is worth the price of admission alone.
Shout out to the director for the last two episodes. So gripping thanks to that direction
I take it that the ending was the moment that when Ncuti filmed it the crew looked at him and all collectively said "He's the Doctor."
First ever scene he shot outside the 60th. Wow
It definitely was that moment
Beyond words to describe Ncuti's performance
Ncuti's acting in this episode. Just incredible.
I love the part where he cries in every episode
Wow!
He was definitely fully in the character, right away.
I can take solace in the fact that half of their party will probably die of dysentery before their first year in the wilderness is over
@@Connie_cpuGet that Oregon Trail treatment lol. Plus, slugs are obviously going to be outside if they've eaten the entire Homeworld of parents.
@@Connie_cpu I doubt that they'll even live that long. Once the supplies that they brought are gone, they're all dead. Lindy killed the one person who had been taking breaks from the dot and reading books. They won't know what is safe to eat.
@@LeDayznah they'd reenact Lord of the Flies! B ecause these adults act like children!
This was the BEST episode in a decade, thank you RTD and the whole crew and cast, it is a masterpiece
The racism against White people is 10 fold. If you know... you KNOW.
@@mrlowdays
@@mrlowdaysgood point
Ncuti Gatwa's performance in that last scene (his only "in person" scene) was phenomenal. Probably one of the most powerful scenes in Doctor Who ever (and my memory goes back a fair way). Showing some real Doctor gravitas. Unfortunately for The Doctor in this story, not everyone wants to be saved...
Don't you mean, some real Doctor "mavitas"?
@@angelarts😄 ah, yes, mavitas, of course! 😄 👍
I agree. He is spot on The Doctor with his acting.
past 3 episodes have been amazing, gatwa might be my favourite doctor and that’s HARD to beat. his acting is amazing especially at the end of this episode. keep this up and doctor who is BACK 🎉🎉
this was an insane episode blew my expectations out the water
A 'Midnight' Episode. A world with what appears to be good people and then it just takes one bad thing to really see what they are
Edit: As a Whovian since Tennant, I know how on-its-own-level Midnight is. It was that pit-in-the-stomach feeling I got when I found out what Lindsey is and how Gatwa's Doctor reacted to the dark nature of humanity that got me thinking of Midnight (Tennant's look of disgust after the hostess sacrificed herself)
the people in midnight were normal people who became monsters because of the situation, whereas Finetime is just a world of rich white supremacists
whovians try not not to liken every episode to midnight challenge
I wish he had a longer speech. The greatest failure of the Chibnall era was Thirteen never had a long emotional speech like previous Doctors.

The end got me. I was about to scream at the screen in frustration.

This is one of those episodes of Doctor Who that we find out the real monsters are the humans. Amazingly done!
I love the Doctor being totally in touch with his emotions and his tears!
Been seeing people complaining about this. Completely agree
i think this was my favourite episode so far this season. I totally missed the 'white' thing until she said that at the end.
What's wrong with a bunch of white people being together in the real world?
Callie Cooke was really good as Lindy. WTG! Callie. You made and were the whole episode, lol.
@@pinlight97 It's crazy, some people in the comments are refusing to believe it. Must still be in the Bubble!
It's like Doctor Who and Black Mirror had a baby in this series.
MILLIE THE MONSTER IS LINDY lol
The slugs looked so cool!

Having zoom meetings about the making of the episode is kinda ironic :D
That looks exactly like one of Delia's statues in Beetlejuice, the one that grabs her.
It's rare to actually root for the giant slugs and evil AI to kill off the characters, but this episode definitely succeeded (that's a compliment btw)!
Turns out the AI wasn’t actually evil and it was right all along
@@redcr33perproductions 100%! It was like if AM from I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream was the protagonist.

@@bennettnez4711 the melody of the song is the exact same as the giggle. It's also the show being meta about Susan twist. In the giggle the doctor said what if the toymakers world is still lingering. The song was about everyone letting out the music that was gone since 1925.

I felt for the Doctor at the end. very frustrating.

And yes, I loved Ricky!
I know I'm going to sound really thick but it totally did not clock with me that when Lindy said, "you're not one of us" to The Doctor at the end that she was being racist. I thought she just meant that he wasn't from her planet.
I mean, if you want to get technical, it can be both.
It wouldn’t be the first time black people were considered inhuman, unfortunately.
For me it took the Voodoo comment by that other girl to really get it and drive it home.

Their problem with The Doctor being black went right over my head. I had no idea it was racism.
It was the voodoo remark that made it hit for me
this show has been so beautifully diverse so far that it was genuinely jarring to see an ep where nearly all of the characters were white. even the pastel set dressing hit home how aryan they were, and ruby getting through to lindy when the doctor couldn't was so uncomfortable.

I just watched it and I'm in shock. RTD is genius. The best episode of the season so far.
Reminded me of the coward in the hotel with the minotaur with Rory and Amy.

That whole society wasn't worth saving, they weren't worth getting the Doctor's help.
and yet that is why he is called the doctor, he tries to save them either way, because that is who he is.
Perhaps not. But there are always a few misfits like the singer that would have been worth it. And it's not a judgement thing, I think someone called for help and the Tardis got the message. Too bad that person wasn't saved. Not sure why they picked this girl to contact and try to rescue.

I JUST CLASSIFIED IT.
“Limax Carnivora”
Class: Gastropoda
Its class is Gastropoda because of its large foot and its tentacles.
Domain: Eukaryota
Its domain is Eukaryota.
Kingdom: Animalia
They have several traits of the kingdom Animalia. These creatures seem to be able to move, as they are in many scattered places. They are also quite likely heterotrophic because they are shown eating humans instead of producing their own food. They also have sensory appendages, their antennae.
Phylum: Mollusca
The body of the creature seems to be divided into head, muscular foot, visceral mass, and mantle. Its head comprises of tentacles and compound eyes. The body is covered by a shell that is likely calcareous. The creature’s muscular foot might help in locomotion although I have not seen much evidence of these creatures moving.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Etymology: “Limax Carnivora” is Latin for “Carnivorous Slug.” This creature seems to resemble, most closely, a slug. It is also referred to as a slug in the behind the scenes video for Dot and Bubble.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Anatomy (partial):
The creature (Limax Carnivora) has several pairs of antennae that it uses to perceive its environment.
