- It's the 4th of July and we are working cows. Seems like we are always working cows on holidays. But....there is no rest for the weary. It was a good day filled with family and finished with fireworks.

I grew up on a farm with my grandparents in Kissimmee Florida until I was like 12. Best most memorable days of my life. My uncle used to chase us with the electric cattle prod. It was so much fun. Btw. Never ever urinate on an electric fence.

I moved cows today, and omg, it was so hot and it was a lot of walking and running around up and down too. Idk how you can move cows and work cows when it's well over 100. ( but I do know that it is pretty flat in Florida).🤣We have calves in the winter not summer.
