I know the urbanists are going to hate me for this. But as a roadgeek, I love exploring 6+ lane stroads. Even though Loop 281 was only a partially 6 lane stroad.
I do not hate you 😇 but as an urbanist, i think that promoting walking cycling and public transport, would bring a lot of benefits to the local community. Have a nice day!
At least this loop should not have a clinching debate unlike TX Loop 250 in Midland (which is still being converted from frontage roads to a freeway in spots).
Lol you do know majority of Longview is in fact in Gregg County but also a chunk of Longview city limits and even Longview addresses extends into Harrison County going towards Hallsville on Highway 80. That's still Longview lol. Even when you drive on I-20 going Eastbound the Gregg/Harrison County sign is in the median between Cracker Barrel and Burger King.
Nice ride along loop 281 in Longview TX

I live in Longview, Texas and it is Gregg County NOT Harrison County.
