This season definitely has my favourite cast! That coupled with your mentions of Great British Bake Off has me mourning the loss of the glorious combo of Mel & Sue yet again
Hugh Dennis was part of a comedy double act called Punt and Dennis who were really funny, he's done all sorts of things including impressions and stuff too, but he was in one sitcom called 'Outnumbered' which was absolutely brilliant and very successful too. Noel Fielding was also in another superb show called 'Nathan Barley' which was set in the early days of social media, Barley being an influencer or "self-facilitating media node" as he described himself, seriously hilarious work of comedic genius, it was actually written (with Charlie Brooker) and Directed by Chris Morris who plays the Boss in the first series of the 'IT Crowd'.
I imagine fireworks are illegal in australia because they start fires. I grew up in south Africa so its the same there, but I live in Scotland now, and fireworks are not illegal because it would be practically impossible for a bush fire to start as it never stops raining.
Calling David Suchet some random actor makes me sad 😭😭 he is another of the great British stage actors, was part of the Royal Shakespeare Company, but is most famous for playing Poirot. To lots of people, he just *is* Poirot, and no one will be able to replace him. And if you haven't read / watched any Poirot... I reckon you should not look anything up, go in blind when reading/watching, and try to solve the mystery as part of your reaction😂
One of the best series. I challenge anyone to get to the end and not love absolutely everyone. Just discovered your reactions and boshing my way through them. Excited to witness you fall in love with Mel 🥰🥰
You need to check out the Lewes Bonfire Night Celebrations, it's freaking crazy, it's a town I used to live near and they basically go nuts setting everything on fire and are renowned across the UK for having the most dangerous bonfire night, where I live my neighbours between them have about 20 firework displays a year, my cats thinks they're a bunch of b@stards.
I guess Noel did the same thing with the ( prize ) vegetables as everyone else does. Put them in the bottom of the fridge until they rot, throw them out and buy some more. Repeat forever.
Lolly adefope probably best known for ghosts but has had a lot. Of small cameo roles in big projects recently including the black mirror episode joan is awful (she played the lawyer who tell joan about the t&c stuff with annie murphy)
Season 4 is another great cast. This one was probably my least favourite live studio task. Lolly was definitely underscored in the drawing of Jennifer task though. Easily the best picture.
Mel and shoe was a reference to her comedy partnership with Sue Perkins - Mel and Sue :)
and sue will be on season 16 of taskmaster
In a cut scene joe was the one who originally said it but they told everyone to pretend he hadn’t because they were going to edit him out
This season definitely has my favourite cast! That coupled with your mentions of Great British Bake Off has me mourning the loss of the glorious combo of Mel & Sue yet again
4 is one of the all-time best casts
In all fairness, I think a handful of celebrity signed vegetables are something Noel would appreciate any day of the week, simply because he’s Noel.
I am a huge Hugh Dennis fan and him in this season of Taskmaster solidified his legend status on my eyes.
From "cake lady" in episode 1 to naming the MVP award after her at the end of the series, you and Mel have come a long way! 🎂😂🏅
This is one of my favourite seasons!
Great cast.Mel is such a lovely person.

Hugh was also part of the Mary Whitehouse Experience before that with David Badiell.
This is the season that I started watching Taskmaster and it's still one of my absolute favourites!

Random actor!? Sacrilege! He's the embodiment of the greatest detective in literary history!

I think this is personally my favourite cast taskmaster has had
Season 4 might be my favourite.
@AdamfromFWCI, your cake destruction idea is truly beautiful!
Hugh Dennis was on Fleabag, I don't know if you watched it, but maybe you recognize him from there?
He also made a cameo in daniel Craig's last bond film
Yeah its so rainy here fireworks arent likely to start massive fires or anything 🤣
Great reaction as always 😂😂👏👏👏

Keep an eye on the shoe
My favorite series

Australia has far more wildfires, which is what makes fireworks illegal. There’s far less hazard in the UK.
They're illegal in Ireland, too, despite no lack of rain.
5 points for the joe wilkinson potatoe!
Season 4 is another great cast.

For me Hugh was the contestant that was too smart for his own good.
Yes. Fireworks are legal. Which means you have to very often put up with the noise from grown ups who still love “thing go bang bang”
ahhh, Series 4. Lovely cast, but get ready for a _lot_ of favoritism towards one of them...
The first big fat quiz of the year was so funny there has been a few with noel and they are all awesome
