- Here is my long going project of tuning the apache RTR 200 and making more BHP from that 200 cc engine. TVS Apache 200 produces 20.5 BHP in stock configuration but we can produce over 2 BHP from that without even touching the engine actually. So here is a list and video of the parts I used and we can also call it TVS apache 200 performance parts.

Should have contacted race concepts from bangalore. Rtr 180 ko 4 valve conversion aur rtr 200 ki head lagake. 25-26 bhp banate hain.
Aur kafi dino se company hai. Kaafi kaam bhi hota hai baki car, bikes pe.. R15, p220, fz etc pe kain kaam kiya hai.

I watched quite a few of your videos where I saw you installed free flow air filter so I have a few questions as I wanna do it as well.
1. How long have you used free flow air filter or are you still using it?
2. What problems did you face using free flow air filter?
3. As we use our bike for commute purpose in all weathers so in rainy reason how did you save it from water or mud?
4. After installing free flow air intake did you reset the carburettor jetting?
Please answer all questions as I want to be aware of all situations...

This all can be done only performance use only. These modes are not for a regular person. 🙌🏻
Further free flow Filter catch dirt so batter stick with stock or if you want to use a free flow then do your service every 2000km's or in every two months. Also use batter performance oriented engine oils 🙌🏻

Bro just 1 question why you opt for single electrode spark plug , on my rtr 180 it comes with double electrode spark plug, I guess you should go for double or triple electrode ngk spark plug it will increase the fuel burning efficiency .
This is a High performance spark plug made with a specific Irredium material that is very rare. It can handel very high temperature and give a batter spark then 2-3 electrod spark plugs 😀
@@sainigagz I m talking about the same specific Iridium material spark plug with triple electrodes which is same brand you have used.

I think my apache 200 carburetor is not tuned well.... my bike rpm always fluctuates....and when I rev my throttle it sounds like dhak dhak .... and tvs mechanic said na ... your bike is well... but I know I'm facing problem......
So suggest me
bro use batter fuel and also always warm it up properly. there might be some problems with the carb due to bad fuel. And also try liqui molly shooter to clean the fueling system.
