    0:00 Intro
    0:27 Classification
    1:13 Lightening Scavenger Hunt
    2:05 Sneak a Peek
    2:41 Frustration
    3:21 Show and Tell
First up, we have Classification. Classification is the perfect game for building camaraderie, as well as boosting team spirit and improving connections.
So, first things first, you need to divide your group into even teams. And hey, we're all in the 21st century, so let's make it clear that stereotypes and prejudices won’t be entertained.
Once the teams are sorted and the rules explained, it's time to play. When you shout out “Go!”, players can begin sharing basic information about themselves. Do they like early mornings? Or do they need coffee every day? Based on these preferences, the players will begin classifing themselves into groups. You never know; you might end up with The Early Birds or The Caffeine Addicts!
The next fun way to test if your team was paying attention during their office tour; A Lightning Scavenger Hunt!
This game is super easy and works not just for in-office teams, but for remote teams too. You just need to gather your group somewhere and make sure everyone is ready to play.
Here's how it goes; you announce an item that they need to retrieve - this could be anything from bring me something beginning with the letter R to find me something blue. Then, the moment you finish talking, it's a race to find that item in the office.
The first player to bring back a valid item is the winner.
This is a great way to test if your team was paying attention during their office tour because they'll be looking around for things and getting to know the office better. Plus, it's a great way to bond with your team and get everyone energized.
Next up, we have Sneak a Peek. This challenging game will definitely test your team’s communication and observations skills.
Create a complex structure with building blocks (like Lego) and hide it from the players. Divide your group into two even teams and give them the same building blocks. One player from each team observes the structure for 10 seconds and returns to their team to explain how to recreate it in only 25 seconds.
The game continues with a new observer every minute until one team successfully matches the structure.
Ready to put your teamwork to the test? Frustration is the ultimate game for energizing your team and finding out who works the calmest under pressure.
Gather your team and position players in a circle at equal distance to a large bowl of sweets. Each team member will then receive a small bowl and a pair of chopsticks. The challenge? Transfer as many candies as you can from the large bowl to the small bowl using only the chopsticks. Remember, the clock is ticking, and frustration is building!
Only the team with the best coordination and focus will come out on top. Let the team-building chopstick battle begin.
Looking to boost your team's confidence and public speaking skills? Look no further than Show and Tell. This classic childhood game has been reinvented into a powerful team-building exercise.
Schedule a recurring weekly event with just one or two speakers to keep things simple. Each speaker should bring a cherished item to the office and prepare a presentation on it. The item can be anything from a childhood toy to a motivational book.
As your team members take turns presenting, they'll develop their public speaking skills and build trust and camaraderie.
So there we have it, I have just shared with you five quick team-building activities you can do with your team in under 10 minutes. Let us know how they worked for you in the comments below! And if you liked this video, hit the like button, and subscribe for more videos just like this one.
