𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:👇🏻
▪️ 500g rice
▪️ 300g sugar
▪️ 1 cup oil
▪️ Dry fruits ( raisins, almonds, pistachios, etc.)
▪️ 1 cup milk
▪️ 3 cardamoms
Tips:
▪️ Use long-grain rice for best results.
▪️ Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
▪️ Add other nuts or dried fruits as desired.
▪️ Serve with a sprinkle of cardamom powder and a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:👇🏻
▪️ Rinse the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
▪️ Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
▪️ Add the cardamoms and sauté for 1 minute.
▪️ Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves.
▪️ Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
▪️ Drain the rice and add it to the saucepan. Stir gently.
▪️ Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the rice is cooked and fluffy.
▪️ Add the dry fruits and milk. Stir gently.
▪️ Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the milk is absorbed.
▪️ Serve hot and enjoy!
