Thanks so much Santosh! It's not one of my highest performing interviews, but one that impacted me in many ways (to think more about the foods I am putting into my body/my micro biome etc)...makes me wonder why people are not looking at alternative ways for disease prevention. The answers are all here...

So what exactly do we do what do we eat, take etc? Also any info on central sleep apnea/sleep disorders? Wondering if it may be linked to this topic…I’m desperate

It’s all through trial and error. I remember being in the same place, wondering, if I can’t even eat a banana (too high in sugar according to this doctor I was seeing) what the heck can I eat? Check out the route I took with Jason Whittrock’s interview podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/neuroscience-meets-social-and-emotional-learning/id1469683141?i=1000497179542 and sleep…that’s another area I’ve been working on for the past few years. Check out Shane Creado interview podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/neuroscience-meets-social-and-emotional-learning/id1469683141?i=1000485521612 and my most popular episode of all time is my review of the Fisher Wallace device that I still use…that helped my sleep. But a sleep study is always a good place to begin. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/neuroscience-meets-social-and-emotional-learning/id1469683141?i=1000515652497 Hope this helps…
