he does that because its overloaded and he dont wanna pack it just yet, so he loads it to the extreme before he packs it. and when its full like that it falls back out. also, he says it helps keep it all even for the packer...ta make more room. lol. Hes a goobaaaa

The hopper should run more frequently. Lots of time wasted emptying the bin.
