I’ve Been looking for a. Experiment that shows a chemical to cool (both slowly and quickly) into a solid to show how different size crystals form. I liked your experiment with phenol salicylate. Not sure where I can find some. I’ve been experimenting with making candy with hot sugar, and cooling it in the air for a control and in the oven at its lowest temperature for the experimental conditions. Unfortunately haven’t had much luck with it. Just want to have something that’s accessible to everybody at home
