every where GPA criteria is different like 86% weighted average is 3GPA in China but in Pakistan in some university students have like 70% average but their GPA are above 3 ?so can u please explain this?
It varies from case to case. Fulbright does permit students to stay in US and work and ask them to fulfil the bond later. But it really depends. One can only know at that point in time if they approve your case.
Few things are important in Grades .
-consistency
-last 2 years performance
-GPA in relevant courses to the
Master and Phd degree.

With low GPA, the chances of FB are very slim. For engineering, you must score 163+ quant
