Piracy - It's a crime (2004 PSA) - UK version (best quality)

Ripped off "Chariots of Fire' (2005 DVD) - re-encoded from 720x576 PAL DVD MPEG-2 (~5.4mbps) source to ffmpeg ProRes in 4K standard (440mbps). 192kbps stereo AC-3 audio track was simply copied from the original file, so no quality loss. The reason behind the 4K re-encode was for preservation purposes, as TH-cam will use a pathetic bitrate and only H.264 for non-popular channels (like this) on anything below 1440p (why 1080p videos from large channels will look better than those from small channels, they have better encoding quality and more efficient codecs reserved for them).

I’m surprised the hypocrite that created this Anti-Piracy video while using a Pirated Song was only sued not arrested making it very clear Piracy isn’t a crime.
