    • @leapconsulting5523
      @leapconsulting5523 3 วันที่ผ่านมา +18

      True, coz I get the feeling that its a dual income household. The last paycheck drawn by the speaker in 23 , though he was kind to share doesn't quite add up to the final corpus, unless his stocks have hit jackpot. The house wasn't part of the investment diversification and it was spoken about later. There is a slip between the cup and the lip. Nevertheless, wishing them well:)

    • @financein5mins
      @financein5mins 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@leapconsulting5523i think it’s still possible without spouse income or any lottery, it is because of high equity exposure and consistent savings for over 2 decades which started giving compounding effect to wealth maybe after 5-7 years and accelerated the growth of corpus. I also experienced the acceleration after reaching 1 cr mark.

    The episode is pretty good. Loved the 3 things he mentioned in the end -
    1. Knowledge
    2. Emotional Detachment
    3. Discipline/Consistency
    Knowledge can be attributed to his work skills and curiosity. Emotional detachment always needs work. Some have the personality, some don't. He is smart to take it up at family level.
    Discipline over a decade is commendable. Lethargy or complacency can set it easily but he has stuck to the process. No surprise that he has been successful to build up good wealth. Good luck to Amit!
    One thing I would add to the 3 points is good cash flow. One needs a good income to make it big. Money will attract money!

While building wealth is key, there’s also a great opportunity in embracing a simpler, more sustainable lifestyle-living closer to nature. It’s not just about financial freedom but also about the peace and balance that come with connecting with the environment. Whether it's through sustainable living or creating eco-friendly investments, aligning with nature can bring fulfillment beyond the financial realm. 🌍🌱

      @ it’s not about some stocks or some mf’s, first try to understand what is been commented. It’s not about just me it’s about all the viewers. If it’s about just stocks then I have many to mention. I meant many podcasts have same talks then why do we want another one ?. You may say that don’t watch it, i won’t but it was just a suggestion so that whatever is being said must be correct with an evidence. This helps and connects many of them. Noooooob 🤦🏻‍♂️

    Some of the questions you can ask your guests
    1. What’s been the return on investing in large-cap funds compared to picking individual stocks over the last 10+ years?
    2. With the market at an all-time high, are you thinking of changing your investment strategy?
    3. At what age do you think it’s a good idea to shift from investing only in stocks to a mix of stocks and safer options like bonds, EPF, or NPS?

    From Wint to Aint it is looking like that. Who the shit approved it!
    Editor sahab, the graphics colors are more pricking to eyes now instead of soothing.
