NO YOU DO NOT I can do the exact same thing two wash days in a row and I have no idea what my hair is gonna end up looking like. I have a ton of scarves hanging in my bathroom cause they are on deck as my backup.
The amount of effort it takes for my curls to not resemble the business end of a mop is insane, like to any straight haired people who want curly hair, no you don't just count your blessings
I don't understand why the compliment can't just be accepted, without downing curly hair/your own hair. I hope that one day, some of you will learn to accept yourself the way you are.
Same. Curly girl here. I started doing keratin treatments in my hair about 10 years ago and I've never looked back! This video is a good reminder of how much freakin' product it takes to not have poodle hair! 😂

Our hair texture can change quite a lot over our lifetime. Went from 1A to 2C texture. Appreciate the information about how to work with my hair texture the way it is now.😊
Exactly the same , I had actual little ringlets grown in at my hairline after my pregnancy. I now have a definite wave,and with product a curl...it's wild how that works and I also wonder how and why?? I need scientific answers LOL 😆 .

I have natural curly hair. I’m 40, I’ve never used these many products, and I still get the same results with just mousse and scrunching my hair or blow drying it. Don’t waste your money on a ton of products and keep it simple, your curls will still look great!

Three different leave ins is not necessary, and if your hair is on the thinner side just choose gel or mousse not both cuz it will be super crunchy. Leave in conditioner, gel or mouse and a lightweight oil to scrunch out the crunch is all you need.
Sometimes it’s just so nice having straight hair and NOT having to worry about a 30-60 minute routine to get your curls looking beautiful! My hair was straight until I was 13 then one day I had CURLS! I have so much hair and it’s so dang curly. Now I have smaller curls and a lot more of them. When I first got curls they were big beautiful and bouncy. Now I have little corkscrew curls and a TON of frizz!! It’s been a long process with them but I’m in my 30s now and finally loving them.
Straight hair really is super easy. I have a lot of hair too but it's really straight with the slightest wave pattern towards the ends. 99% of the time, I don't do anything to my hair outside of shampoo and conditioning and it looks fine. BUT it gets really boring. I can't get curls this gorgeous no matter what I do. Pros and cons I guess.

My daughter has very straight hair with the tiniest hint of wave in the back and has said her whole life she didn’t want curly hair. Now she’s 15 and praying her hair curls one day like mine lol. It’s so hard to keep any type of curl/wave in her hair no matter what we try using. I see your point fully.
Its great to know im not the only one who found out late! I found out at 12 years old that i had curly hair and i am still working to get it nice after 7 years… im still learning to handle it and love it without wanting to shave it every day😭

The best products are the shea moisture Manuka honey line! My hair is normally so dry and so brittle that I can't even get a brush or my fingers through my hair unless I have conditioner in it they're shampoo leaves my hair so soft I wouldn't even have to use conditioner but and I use the hair mask oil and the quidad call stuff is amazing as well. And the grow oil in the white bottle they also have one in the yellow that you can add to your shampoo. I love them I'm sorry it's called grow wild hair oil

Oh my God what I have to go through when she straightens her hair out to help her, but I always tell her be thankful that you have that because when you get older and you start losing hair, you’re gonna wish you had your hair.❤
