I don't understand why the dining space is right in front of the main entrance door. And people are super rich 😅to buy a flat for 80 lakhs. Soon the verandah would be gone and at this price Point , the roads should have been better. Unfortunately a good project gone bad 😑☹️
Very good layout by DDA. Big size LIG & MIG. Only con is surrounding & road condition is pathetic! Especially it would be painful in rainy season.
Locality is worst....I think no difference between this location and surrounding Builder floor....

Is it worth paying 50 lac extra for 1 room, when the second room is only 12*10 feet...1 BHK is approx 80 lac and 2 BHk is 1.3 CR
Its not 80 lakhs it would be around 1 cr including registry corpus amount and interior designing dear as dda would give raw flat
2 bhk is not 1.3 cr. It is floor price,that is minimum. Whoever bids most over and above 1.3 will get the flat.

In auction it will go say for nearly 1.40-1.45 cr…plus registry 6-8% (say 8-10 lac.)
Add interior work…furniture, almirah, modular kitchen, ac fittings….around 10 lac.
So total will be around 1 crore 60 lac…..for MIG 2BHK.
Auction mei kis price tak lena chhaiye mig flat.maximum at what price.

Is there a high resolution map of the whole pocket 5 available anywhere? In the DDA Brochure, the map is very blurry when I zoom in ... so I am not able to see which Tower is located where (for example, which one is Tower B, etc).
सर, अभी visit कर के आये sec 14, EWS के फ्लैट तो मत ही लेना बहुत कम स्पेस. फर्स्ट रूम मैं एक 4 seater Sofa भी नहीं आएगा. Sec LIG फ्लैट का स्पेस अच्छा है But बहुत costly है. 80Lac. अभी तो नया है तो अच्छा लग रहा है but worth नहीं है. बाकि लोगों से रिक्वेस्ट है की Form फील करने से पहले visit कर ले.. जल्द बाजी मैं पैसे वैस्ट ना करें. सबसे पहले आपकी requirment क्या वो समझना
